Great Hotel in Hualien”

We stayed one night before our Taroko Gorge tour. Check-in was easy, front desk staff efficient. Our biggest surprise was the included buffet dinner that night. We appreciated it because we didn't have to go out in the pouring rain. Nice breakfast with Taiwanese & Western food. You could get free coffee, tea, water, sweets & ice cream just outside the restaurant available all day & night. Our room was large, bed comfortable. We could hear a little hallway noise but it didn't keep us awake. I would definitely stay here again if in Hualien.

Great hotel in Hualine”

We would highly recommended the hotel. It is near the train station . You can see the yellow building when you walked the station. It is about 5 min walk from the station to hotel. It provides free breakfast and diner at 8 pm. Plus all day snacks and ice cream. The rooms are large with shadower and bath tube. You cannot go wrong with this place..

Kindness hotel is really kind”

This is the only hotel that provide “supper” which comes in full course buffet style. It only provides snacks and tea/coffee with ice cream all day long. Room is very big and spacious. My parents totally enjoy their stay here. We stayed in total 5 hotels in this trip and my parents love this hotel the most.

It truly is a kind hotel. ”

Icecream, DIY Laundry, breakfast after 8pm food, and on Saturday night live saxaphone player over dinner created such a wonderful atmosphere. The food options gave us all the opportunity to try Taiwanese cuisine without having to order a whole plateful at a restaurant and then decide whether we did or didnt like it. However there was food in the buffets for people of different backgrounds.It was a really lovely place to stay as a special treat after staying in some much cheaper accommodation! Thank you for some wonderful memories.

This is our first time encountering a hotel with complimentary supper! We went with not much expectation but Kindness Hotel Hualien wowed us with a full-fledged buffet spread that is consistently being replenished throughout the supper hours from 8.30pm to 11.00pm! Even our local driver has never heard about it before. Both supper and breakfast offerings are great. Rooms are decent. Will definitely check out other Kindness hotels in Taiwan when we revisit!

Awesome Hotel with free midnight snake”

Actually the midnight snake service exceeds my expectation a lot and you could enjoy quite good food (free!!!) after dinner. That is not just snake, coffee and cake light meal but also the local food like noodle and din sum... etc. That really surprises us during family trip. Hotel staff is also kindness and friendly.

Very close to Hualien Train Station. A lot of convenience store and restaurants nearby including a cinema. Breakfast and supper buffet included, variety is ok but almost the same every day. Room is big and please ask to get a high floor with view to mountain; SUPERB.
