Best birthday ever!”
We went to the Langham for a staycation for my husband's birthday. I phoned ahead and told the guest service office about our special occasion and they told me they have a birthday package they could provide. Sure enough, the birthday surprise was more than I could have expected. We opened our door to an amazing birthday balloon display and we were brought a beautiful and delicious cake in addition to a bottle of wine. The guest service office even wrote a card for my husband and all of them signed it! Everywhere we walked in the hotel, we felt like VIP. We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!

Exceeding Expectations!”
What I missed most about my recent trip to Guangzhou is truly Langham Place. Hotel exceeded my expectations by a whole lot. Trip was instantly made a lot better with a room upgrade, follow by a birthday cake to my room. Manager on my check-in day did a great job in ensuring my stay would be a perfect one. Staff are polite and very well trained. Breakfast is great despite the lack in variety on a day to day basis. Still, it is one of the better hotel breakfast I've had in terms of selections and taste. I would highly recommend Langham Place to anyone going to GZ, and will definitely be back here if I come back again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Excellent service and good accommodation”
Main reason that I book this Hotel is that it is only about 30-minute to Chimelong resort as my intention is to visit the Chimelong Internation Circus and I also need to travel to Changsha for sightseeing within a short timeframe. Guangzhou south station is quite near to the Hotel. Basically, Hotel Offering a good quality accommodations as well as good food in the restaurants, I can travel to other places in Guangzhou to do shopping, and visit other interesting places in Guangzhou, I believe Langham Place Guangzhou is a very popular pick for both business and leisure travelers.

Good hotel but inconvenient location ”
I like to try luxury hotels in different cities I travel to, and we were going to Guangzhou so I thought we'd try this Langham. The hotel is design-y in terms of the architecture and the interior design, our room on the 13th floor was spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and I loved it. Overall I think it was worth the money, however, there were a few downsides. Location is a bit off. It's not difficult to get a taxi when using a taxi app, but it is a bit far so once you are at the hotel you probably don't want to venture out to town. When taking a shower, the drain of our shower was blocked, although after I mentioned to the hotel staff they had it fixed that day, this kind of situation should not happen in a five star hotel. There was a bath next to the shower, but there was no bath salt. Another thing about the hotel is, the hotel pool policy required people to wear a swimming cap in order to enter the pool to have a swim. I witnessed a few hotel guests spending hundreds of RMB just paying for swimming caps and trunks in order to have a quick swim. We also tried the hotel seafood buffet, 238 RMB per person for hotel guests with service fee included. I think the food was good quality and wasn't bad to spend that money to have a meal there. Breakfast was just so so: pastries were not great and limited, coffee was filter coffee which wasn't even hot. I would say it was not up to a five star hotel standard breakfast.

Stay in Langham Place, Guangzhou was Excellent. My kids loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Guangzhou. One of the best stays and Holiday.

It is good for those business traveller who want to attend the exhibition around Pazhou area. Room is big and comfort, but nothing interesting in the surrounding area beside exhibition hall. Walking distance less than 5 minute to all exhibition hall.

Amazing Hotel”
I was travelling to Guangzhou for an exhibition, and booked the hotel due to its close proximity to the exhibition hall. During my stay, I had utilized the hotel's fitness facility, a.k.a the gym, and the experience was great. It was clean, and the equipements were new. After a great workout, I had used the bathroom and sauna next door, and it completely made my day. I had also tried the buffet at the restaurant... a tad too expensive, but the seafoods/ sashimi was very fresh.

Excellent Hotel”
My stay at Langham Place Hotel was great. The room is clean and very comfortable, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good with wide selection of food to choose. Airport to Hotel is about 1 hour and approximately RM163 (including toll charges) The only problem is that the Hotel is very far away from the city, there is nothing to shop or eat nearby.

One of the best experiences in China in terms of staff performance yet. I was remembered and greeted by name every morning by multiple staff members, everyone was friendly and versed in conversation, nicely designed hotel and rooms, just next to the Pazhou Exhibition Centre.

Exceptional”
Hotel location to exhibition center is great if your visit is purely to attend an exhibition. Breakfast has varieties but be prepared to have your queue constantly being cut by I assume locals at the soup noodles section. Hotel should look into this to ensure first come first serve. Otherwise dinning is alright. Generally all their staffs are helpful and friendly. Walking distance to their local train service if you do no plan to travel via taxi.

Nice and comfort hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Stay in the Club room hence breakfast, high tea and cocktail was provided. Less than 5mins walk Pazhou exhibition hall.

the Stay was so convenient being right next door entrance 14 of the Canton Exhibition center was a pleasure to go to and from. The Metro line is just 400m walk away and is not too far. the staff are friendly understand english well and are very helpful. the rooms are amazingly spacious and the bathroom is so comfortable. at any time i need to be at the exhibition i will use this Hotel.

Amazing rooms, great food, superb service”
Its my second time staying in this hotel and I must say I will definitely return if I'm visiting Guangzhou again. The standard rooms are not as big as other hotels in the vicinity but the decorations and comfort make up for the difference. Every room has a pretty amazing view, great international TV choice, and the WIFI allows connection to Facebook. The buffet breakfast and dinner is great with a wide range of choices of high quality food. A little expensive but definitely must try. Laundry service is pretty expensive so I don't suggest doing so unless the need to. Location is only good if you are visiting the Canton Fair, if not its pretty out of the way from other main areas. Overall, superb hotel and will definitely return.

Very great hotel with wonderful staffs!”
Hotel located right next to exhibition hall which is convenient and room is very nice + comfortable. Once entered, all staffs greet us well - Matchy is great! Help us familiar the area and introduced us to a great buffet breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic or rather food served in both restaurants were great! Yongky is such a nice guy, so happy to met someone from our neighbor country :) Rest of the staffs - Jasmine, Eva, Nerrisa were so friendly which made our days wonderful. Especially Nerrisa who was tso kind to help us bought fruits before leaving hotel. We never expect such a good service and such a nice hotel. Really appreciate everyone of you!
