Your Best Choice at Otres Beach”
Otres Beach is a smaller out of the way location in Sihanoukville. Walking around this sleepy area, nothing else looks like it comes close. Would stay here again.

Value for money”
Great place to stay, quiet, clean and next to the beach.

Beautiful and calm oasis ”
Set aback just off the more laid-back Otres Beach., it’s a wonderful and serene environment. It’s too far to walk to the more touristy areas if that is what you want and will be dependent on moped taxis and Tuk Tuks. If you have your own wheels then absolutely perfect

BRING YOUR EAR PLUGS”
Stayed here several years ago and it was great, but not any more. This whole area from Shinoukville down to Otres Beach two is one big construction zone. Construction noise goes on all night long, some kind of drilling rig over the fence behind the pool went all night. The only people staying here appear to be Chinese construction teck staff. Don;t come anywhere near this area!!!

Well, we don't know what to say... ”
This resort had 4 stars but probably a while ago. We stopped there one night because we had a flight next day in the morning. As we arrived aboyt 6pm it was already getting dark. Our room was full of mosquitos which we had to change after an hour (no net in the room, we killed like 20 of them and those were still coming as we had wholes in our silling with roots of plants hanging out). Receptionist was really nice, changed our rooms with no problem into same class but room was much better. But it is a ghost resort. We have not seen one more person there, the vibes are jungle like so it's made it look like even more, no Internet because of all those works around. No much to do and go anywhere!! We went a bit on the left side, nowhere to eat - we had a drink only and needed to walk back as it was only a working ground. Receptionist told us its 300m to the beach.. Well, at the night time .. We tried but gave up. Absolutely dark everywhere, holes, cables hanging out right to the water on the sides of streets. Evettime when car was passing us extrimlly amont of dust was getting straight to our lungs and no clear way to the beach. We are aware It is because all the building sides around but for now we felt trapped. We bought few beers and watched TV in the room, we could not be bothered to take taxi again to the town as the way to hotel was a massive detour because of the situation in sihanoukville. But room was big, quiet nice and clean OK, same bathroom. Swimming pool as well. Its just nobady else was there

Nice hotel but bad location”
Not too far from beach but other than that, not much to do in walking distance and the city itself is awful. Just construction everywhere and fields being preped for more massive hotel or appartment complexes with casinos. No personality. IMO, Don’t go to Sihanoukville.

Nice hotel in a middle of a construction area ”
Nice hotel, nice staff, restaurant, big beautiful and clean pool. It would be a nice place if the hotel is in a middle of a construction area with all that noise and dust you maybe don't like.

Asking for money even for a blanket”
I have 2 small children, then the blanket in the room is not enough so i asked for one blanket, but the receptionist asked for 10$ for the blanket, the first time i met such situation, really unacceptable, not recommend for this hotel.

24 hour building works and high prices”
We stayed in March 2019. Didn't realise is that the entire of Sihanoukville currently is a giant building site with large resorts and building sites covering the beachfront. When we walked in the first thing we were told after check-in was "we're very sorry but there is a 24 hour building site currently operating adjacent to the property, we hope you don't mind". We had been staying in lovely places for $20-30 per night, so when I booked for $68 per night and looking at the photos I was expecting some comfort and luxury. What we found was a room with mosquitoes and no mosquito net available despite it being advertised. When we asked for a net we were given one of those burning coils for the room to kill the mosquitoes but you don't want to be breathing in fumes all night. The bathroom looked nothing like the photos. We had planned to stay 4 nights, left after one, the early check out was fine, staff were nice about this, they were apologetic and this isn't their fault.

Maybe good for Chinese people but not westerners ”
Staff were not very helpful at all, the beds or room doesn’t get a work over until about three days. The breakfast was just about eggs or omelette unless you want to eat cold fried rice and chicken or maybe a noodle soup. About the best thing about this hotel was the pool. Although I have to admit they did refund our last night there without any problems at all so that was a plus but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff did not speak English except at reception ”
The hotel site is charming but in the middle of a building site with heavy noises days n nights . 2am water broke the ceiling of my bathroom, had fever with food poisoning from twin palm restaurant, fever, loose bowels, vomiting. Had to move out to another room at 2.30 am with no phone n room . No apologies from anyone . Hygiene is not known by the kind indolent staff . The worse place I have been in my life .

Warning don’t go to this hotel ”
The property is rated as a 4 star but since the hotel was taken over by a Chinese owner they’ve let it rundown when we got there we want to get something to drink but they only had beer and that was warm as the fridge didn’t work as for food and they didn’t have anything

The entire province is covered with construction”
Do not be deceive by the beautiful picture of the hotel, the hotel is no longer well maintained, with room of different light, strong smell of talcum power, water pressure that able to use for water jetting. DO not come to this place Sihanoukville, until the city is transformed.

Terrible hotel, (this property also goes by the name of Legacy Resort). Too many mosquitos, No internet, poor services food not available, dirty dusty area surrounded by construction. Every time you step out of the hotel you will be covered by road dust as traffic drives by.
