“It went downhill”
After arriving last night… got in the room and the shower handle had soap suds on it from the last customer. Underneath the WC there was a little stagnant water. I was exhausted and didn’t even have the strength to complain and fell asleep. Woke up in the morning to epileptic electricity. Called the reception about it and they said they’re fixing it because it seemed apparent it was hotel wide. Had to use a flashlight to pack my stuff and head down to the reception. Confronted them about it and the receptionist said she had no idea what was causing it. No apologies. No refunds. Still had to pay for the trip to the airport. very disappointed at the experience.
