Anyone who is thinking is this place worth my money. There is place cheaper with sea view. Read This!!!! You wont regret it, Trust me. The only things u will regret is u dont book extra night to stay. There is alot of activities, very private & quite, service is fascinating. I only book for 1 night & i thought it will be enough for me to do everything. Nope, i was so wrong. Only activities in Lexis hibiscus alone keep u hype & occupied whole day. IF you're thinking maybe i could book grand lexis or lexis, not the hibiscus one. believe me, just book the hibiscus.

Well run hotel”
I travelled with my 2 young boys and they loved the private pool. The room is spacious and the house keeping was super fast. We went out for breakfast at 9.30am and the room was clean when we got back. Breakfast selection was good, being a vegetarian, we didnt think there was much but to our surprise there were more than enough food for the vegetarian selection. All in, the hotel is being run efficiently, from checking in to checking out to managing breakfast crowd. Kudos to the team!

Friendly and helpful staffs. Spacious and clean room available with private pool and sauna room. Wide and comfy bed. My parents and grandma are so satisfied with the service and environment. Buggy car may delay abit at peak hour (eg. breakfast and check out). Both breakfast in buffet and ala carte style are superb. Good experience to spend time with family. Suggesting panorama pool villa for those looking for more privacy when spending time at private pool. Wish that staff can introduce those extra facilities like spa and gym at check-in time especially for the guest who stay more than a day.

The staff were great. All services were rendered promptly. There is a kidsclub at level 2 - same level as the spa. You can drop your kids to play/engage in activities while you go for spa. The spa is very comfortable professional and good!

Bath tub to die for!”
Went for an impromptu staycay and so glad we chose this hotel! Room was clean, staffs were friendly. The in-room pool and amazing bath tub was enough to keep us occupied in the room without going anywhere else. Perfect because we were still afraid of the virus. Ordered the waffles at the lighthouse restaurant for breakfast and it was the best waffles I've ever eaten! Will be back with more bubble baths to enjoy the tub more :))

Experience stay at lexis hibiscus”
hi, I am glad to give my review during my accommodation at lexis hibiscus. All facilities provided were superb. Only one drawback which is the shower room hole for the water flow is stuck and the water come up everytime i take my shower. So, I need to wait for a couple of minutes to let the water clear from the hole. Luckily my home have the same toilet designed as this room and my wife open up the hole and took out all the hairs that stuck onto the hole. After that, problem resolved. This feedback is not to downgrade lexis hibiscus. My intention is just to make the cleaner more alert on this type of problem. So later on, all the tourist come to this place will not face the same problem like me. But overall i am verify satisfied with the services here..superb!!

Last minute booking because i bought a promotion voucher with lower price before, then the agent said my booking on that day was fully booked. But when i looked at agoda there were still rooms available. Overall it was good place to visit and chill with children. Luckily got best sea view. And agoda casback rm50 😂

Reasonable price with private swimming pool and steam room. Staff are very friendly and polite. Afternoon tea set is value for money. Good for relaxing. Buffet breakfast doesn't have a lot of varieties, just the basic. Staff are impressively nice. Recommend to have a drink on the top floor of the tower block, nice singer and live music. Highly recommend with such price.

Stayed over the Sky Tower pool. Anyone with mobility issues, This resort provides the perfect accessibility. Staffs are very helpful...rooms are clean. This resort provides privacy and scenery for those in need. Food cheaper to dine in rather than room service. Ordering grabfood is also not an issue..but order has to be self collected over the security post.

Hotel room is very big, clean and spacious. I had misplace my bag where my wallet with all my cards. cash and identity cards were in it . Thankfully someone found the bag and the hotel security returned it to me. I am very grateful and really enjoyed my stay. My kids really enjoyed the pool and indoor kids playground.

We enjoy our stayed. Am not regret paying more for "sea view" as we have our privacy. Not much complaints regarding staffs and cleanliness as everything was satisfactory. Except one, I didn't find "wow" during the breakfast. Am not saying the foods are not nice, maybe not up to my satisfying.
