Don’t be noisy, don't jump on the floor, don't disturb neighbour, once get neighbour complaint will be fine RM200 and immediately check out. 3. Keep premises clean do not stick any double tape on wall and please do not move, destroy or take away any belonging in this homestay and this condo. 4. No smoking inside the house. 5. Take off shoes in the house. 6. Kindly switch off lights and aircond when not used or before leaving the unit. 7. No durian. 8. No pets allowed 9. Please keep properly house key and access card 10. Don’t throw cigarettes butt & rubbish : E.g. out of balcony, corridor, lift,car park etc.. 11. If your bedroom door get locked please contact me dont break it. 12. When u put the key back in mailbox it means you have checked out. The cleaner will clean it immediately. Our company will not be responsible for any items you leave.

    “Nice sunset view”

    Staying here for two nights because my own room was having renovation. Didn't expect much for this room before check in but the sunset view really surprised me! Such a beautiful scene! Apart from this, others were good as well like the parking provided for homestay guest and the check in procedure was in very clear instructions. Bed and pillows were also comfortable and the room was quite clean. For me the area was not much noisy. Will definitely choose here again for staycation.

    “Nice place”

    Really nice and comfortable to stay. Got all the necessities needed. Can heat food, use the oven, use the fridge and washing machine. My 6 days stay was good with a baby.

    “It was okay”

    Nothing too extraordinary, everything was alright, except for little bugs near the kitchen and the window at the living area. The area was guarded and check-in process was rather smooth. We could easily order food and get it from a designated corner at the lobby so that was fine too. But we noted that the place seemed a little too quiet at times.

    “Very good”

    Location and place was excellent and easy to access. The view from the bed and balcony was the highlight. However the bathroom and lighting of the room have a lot to improve. Overall was good!
