A very satisfying stay experience! I booked 2 superior twin bed rooms. Overall, it's okay, the rooms are clean but there are a few spots on the duvet sheet (but it's not a problem), the bathroom is equipped with a shower, water heater, and hairdryer. Interestingly, the shampoo and soap are provided in refillable pump containers (usually this is implemented by five-star hotels), the air conditioning is cool, and each bed is equipped with 2 pillows. A water jug is provided for us to refill mineral water in each corridor. There are welcome snacks (additional charge). A safety deposit box and mini fridge are available. The smart TV is great for Netflix and for family relaxation ❤️. The hotel facilities are really impressive, especially the swimming pool, with a fantastic view of the mountains and the beautiful scenery of Bogor city 🥹❤️. Thanks to Mr. Andi and Ms. Aulia for helping with the check-in process quickly and easily, friendly, and always smiling. All requests were fulfilled, including the welcome cake, mirror art, and a high floor with the best view 😍. Thanks also to Mr. Rifqi and Ms. Vina for helping to surprise my parents’ room. Keep up the training spirit! Breakfast is varied and all delicious, from Indonesian to continental food, the restaurant is comfortable and spacious so there's no need to worry about not getting a seat. Thank you to trainee Ms. Suci, who is very friendly, always greets guests, and is always smiling. Keep up the training spirit! The check-out process was very quick, assisted by the kind and friendly Mr. Inda. The service and hospitality are excellent, for a four-star hotel in Bogor, it can be said to be very good! Thanks to all the staff who helped, I can't mention all the names one by one. See youuuu! 😍

I really don't want to leave this place. Upon checking in, the staff was extremely friendly. I requested a room on the top floor and was given one with the best view overlooking the mountains and the city. A welcome drink and snacks were provided in the lobby. The room was clean and smelled good, and the air conditioning was cold; however, I apologize for the towels not being very fragrant, but they were generous in providing fresh towels. There was a slight issue with the sink being blocked, but it was promptly addressed. Breakfast is free for children aged 0-3 years, but those above 3 years are charged 75K per person, and for children aged 12, it is charged 150 if I’m not mistaken. As for the breakfast quality, I hope the food is maintained. I tried the fried rice, but the rice was still hard, and the chicken porridge was too watery. The cereal was fine, and the milk served was genuinely fresh milk, not canned. There were also orange juice and guava juice. The best view was at the swimming pool, which is amazing. Swimming on the rooftop surrounded by mountain views is super cool. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in the Bogor city area. I hope Luminor continues to keep the hotel clean, comfortable, and cozy.

First, the reception guy was really friendly, explaining everything in detail about the hotel, from the pool to the gym and breakfast. And when I arrived at the room, oh my ❤️🫶🥰😍 the view was amazing, the room was very clean, the amenities were complete, with tea and coffee available, and the room smelled great. However, when I took a shower, it flooded; they should check the drainage. Also, the drinks section at breakfast is too far at the very end near the lobby; I suggest moving it to the middle so it's not too far from both indoor and outdoor areas, and dividing the staff between indoor and outdoor to avoid the hassle of running back and forth looking for empty plates every second or minute. Overall, everything is good ❤️🫶🥰😍 I will come back here again. Oh, and the TV is a smart TV, so there's no need to worry about getting bored at the hotel. If you're hungry, they also have an awesome rooftop.
A very pleasant stay at Luminor. The location is highly strategic, right next to a well-known shopping mall, close to popular restaurants and cafes in Bogor, as well as other culinary destinations. The team is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel facilities are complete, and the breakfast selection is extensive. “Amazing staycation”
A very satisfying stay experience! I booked 2 deluxe twin bed rooms, overall it was okay, the room was clean just had a little spot on the duvet sheet (but it doesn’t matter), the bathroom was equipped with a shower, water heater, and hairdryer.
