The space
Located 5 mins from the Batu Ferringhi beach that is world renown for it's vibrant attractions such as jet skiing, parasailing, catamarans, horse riding, swimming, sun bathing, water sports etc. Our homes serves as a great holiday place for couples, families and people who love the to have the choice of place which combines quiet scenic view of the hills and the active surroundings of the tourism belt along the Andaman Sea.

• Bedroom 3 & 4 at the back with shared attached bathroom equipped with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe and a dressing table
Second floor:
• Master bedroom is air-conditioned with a king-sized bed, wardrobe and dressing table
• Luxurious master bathroom is equipped with two person Jacuzzi, hot water shower, double wash-basin, hair dryer, body gel and shampoo, 2 nos of towels
• All bathrooms are equipped with hot water shower, wash-basin,body gel and shampoo

Mediocre and not recommended for the price ”
The house is big for sure but is poorly maintained. One of the mics is not working for the KTV set; not enough blankets; pillows are terrible (bring your own pillow if you decide to stay here). Not a bad place overall but for the price, we expected a little more

This bungalow is very spacious. However it’s a bit run down where more than 10 light bulbs are already burnt. The beds are ok but the pillows are really bad. Better to bring ur own pillow and towels. The karaoke machine also not working properly anymore. Overall it’s a good place to stay for big group as long as u lower down ur expectation.

Family friendly ”
Rooms are spacious. Nice and quiet environment which is suitable for privacy & comfortable stay. BBQ set is new & in good condition. My suggestions are to maintain cleanliness of mattress covers and window curtains. To fix/upgrade ktv karaoke monitor control set. To check & repair stucked plug power points in most of the bedrooms. To maintain/fix jacuzzi spa jet system. Overall service is good. I might consider to repeat staying here. Hopefully all the matters above will be improved in near future.

The house condition is quite old in general but still acceptable overall, we are consider lucky that we are able to find a bungalow which can fits 4 families at the very last minute since it was a long public holiday weekend. Wifi connection here is very very weak, there are several switches in the master bedroom which are not working. And there’s no shower at the bathroom downstairs, also one of the bedroom downstairs does not have air cond. The living room upstairs also does not have air cond or fan. Location is fine though.
