每天用餐时间为上午7点，中午12点，下午19点。 入住时间与国内酒店一致，14点入住，12点退房。 到了岛上酒店后可以把行李放在酒店前台，等待工作人员清理房间后安排入住。（岛上酒店有休息区，也可从酒店后门走上马步岛徒步环岛，大约40分钟可以走完。） 有时上午9至下午2点岛上发电机会停机维护换油。

    “设备太差”

    除了房价，一人要付rm260，这费用包括餐（超普通饭鱼蛋菜而已）饮（连普通饮用水都没有直到晚上8点，其他自己冲咖啡等），船票来回跟一次浮潜（浮潜很满意，照顾不会游泳的小孩）。房小而且不干净，然后冲凉水又小，只能说不值得！！地方小，没有地方玩水，要到隔壁沙滩玩还要另外付费。
