Exceptional”

房間很乾淨，床和寢具都很舒服，雖然房間很小，但規劃得還算舒適，插座的設置也很貼心（在馬祖算是難得的吧）。 有電梯，是公寓式的設計，所以房間是雅房，外頭有客廳，兩或三間房共用一間衛浴，適合一群朋友或家人。這次和朋友入住時，只有另一間房有客人，所以其實也沒有等待洗手間的情況發生。 位在鐵板，晚上走去海邊游泳什麼的很棒，離南萌咖啡也很近（大加分！） 老闆和先生是一對回鄉的年輕夫妻，覺得很可愛，下次還會選擇這裡。

有暖氣再冷都舒服”

老闆很親切好聊,一聽到我要去東引卻還沒和船公司確認航班,立刻熱心幫忙確認,怕我白跑一趟碼頭 12月底的南竿真的很冷,老闆也直接幫設定好暖氣,也貼心提醒放杯水以免太乾 很舒服暖心的地方和人情!

老闆人超好的,服務100分滿意,若你有計畫去南竿的北海坑道,就選住它超近的. 它面海房間有陽台環境棒 還有旁邊的冰店一定要去吃

一、沒事先告知現場付款，刷國旅卡要額外支付刷卡手續費。二、房間說是海景房，其實不是在海邊旁，離海景很遠，只看到鄰家的屋頂，海景僅是遠望。三、相較其他旅館，僅這家表示只提供1趟接送，另1趟要自己付費”

店家表示在本網站訂房，現場刷卡要額外收手續費，但沒事先告知，且店家本為國旅卡特約店，卻要以收手續費才能刷國旅卡，及告知我們此刷卡成本是因為在旅遊網站訂房，刷卡手續費要由旅客自行吸收，卻未事先標示及告知，是不是有變相使旅客知難而退而不要刷國旅卡，在訂房網站訂了這麼多次民宿，第一次聽說現場付款要額外收刷卡手續費的，而且房價也不便宜(1晚平日2人房要價2500多元)，卻僅提供一次接送，另一次要自付(坐到福澳碼頭單程收100元，計程車單程150元)，要自付還要因店家表示人手不足，而無法親自接送，改要我們坐計程車，又多花了50元，我們表示人手不足是店家的問題，館主小姐還表示，她開民宿很累，要我們出來玩，花一點小錢， 不要計較，聽了很傻眼。總之就是讓人傻眼的一間民宿。
