Change of management”
I booked through Agoda and went to MH de Villa/Langkawi de Villa to check in. Apparently they have a change of management since December 2016, and no longer have access to their Agoda account. Luckily they have extra room and to honor my booking they let me stay although they did not receive my confirmation, and will not receive the payment I paid because the previous account was owned by the previous owner. Luckily also, I am a local and speak their language so everything is okay, but other travelers may not be so lucky. The new owner said that they've received 5 bookings before me who booked through Agoda, but they didn't receive any booking nor payment.

Dirty kitchen, toilet. Poor problem solving skills”
Was very unhappy with the way the staff handled a problem. There was water disruption to the house on our check in day. The only source of water to the house was only at the toilet used by the staff. What disappoints us is the fact that the staff did not prepare water for our usage instead asked us to use her toilet (which was dirty and smelly) where we need to pass through the kitchen to get to it. Kitchen was dirty, house was dark, toilet in room was dirty with urine stain. Floor was dusty

The pictures on the booking site are not a true reflection of what you get Airport pick-up is a plus. Room not cleaned even once during our three day stay. Breakfast dissappointing. Satisfied with shopping and eating out options. Night market is interesting and cheap.

The owner came to pick us at airport. The place is nice, it's a villa with sharing facilities. There is local breakfast available. The owner also send us to airpot at the end of our stay. Internet is working well, and washroom are clean.

Friendly owner, very helpful and kind”
when we check in the hotel, the hotel owner brought us to a room which located ground floor, it is at the back end of the house. The condition is really not that good and while we book the hotel, we have requested for double or kind size bed, but that is a twin bed room. Besides, there was like uncountable mosquitos inside the room. So we requested to switch our room, in the end the owner clean up the room upstair. The feeling is really different. We dropped our bags and left to dinner. When we came back for dinner. We found the toilet is actually extremely smelly. We couldn't not find the reason because the toilet and the room was actually quite clean. However we just stayed for a single night for next day flight. So we didn't not complain due to it was late night and we need rest. M

Near to airport.”
We booked this hotel as a'transit' before we departed to Koh Lipe the next morning. The villa is very close to Langkawi airport, perfect for us whom arrive at late night(around 10pm). Room is spacious, clean and basic. Hot shower is working well. Breakfast is self-help style, simple but nice.

Booked 2 nights because I saw the rate reviews was 8.5 and the rooms looks clean, unfortunately when we arrived the room very smelly and the toilet not inside the room it's a shared bathroom so not convenient for family, we decided to change the hotel , one thing were I was happy about kindness of front desk staff as he agreed to refund one night stay by contacting Agoda and appreciate agoda for there assistance, Thanks.

not many cab drivers knew where this was, so it took a while to find it. i wasn't expecting much, as i was only there for one night to fly out the next day. but the hotel blew my expectation. i wished i had stayed here longer. its very convenient, literally just minutes away from the airport. if i remember correctly the drive and the check in took me no longer than 5mins altogether. the place is very clean, with all the amenities. the beds were very comfy, bed sheets and bath towel were super soft. i've been on the road for a while so it was like luxury. the wifi is super fast.. and syed and his family were accommodating, insisting i join them for dinner, but i had already eaten. his wife then came up to my room to give me a piece of cake instead. they were very lovely, i'd definitely come back here again next and would recommend it to anyone that wants to be nearby the airport

良い点はタイトルの通り。格安な割にスタッフのサービスが良いと感じました。 悪い点は清掃が不十分なことです。ただし、ランカウイ島の200リンギ以下の宿泊施設は、どこも同じようなものなので、この価格なら文句は言えないかもしれません。 ロケーションはビジネスでは良い評価になりますが観光としては普通です。
