Off the aircond, TV, all lights and lock the door upon leaving the property. 5. Provision of Hair dryer, iron and additional blanket are subjected to availability upon request and to be delivered after check-in. 6. Standard provision of towels are: - 2pcs for studio (upto 5pcs subjects to availability and actual occupants), - 4pcs for 1+1 room unit (upto 8pcs subjects to availability and actual occupants), - 6pcs for 2+1 room unit (upto 10pcs subjects to availability and actual occupants). 7. Free self service ironing at Guest Service Centre. For swimming pool usage, please observe the following a. Children must be accompanied by parents / adults at all times. b. Only proper swimming attire (swimwear) is allowed. c. Do not use the pools during rain. d. Shower before entering the pools. e. No sitting or standing along marble edge of swimming pool. Additional charges: 1. Excessive dirt and stain caused by guest is subjected to charges of minimum RM50. 2. Damage of property is subjected to charges as per condition. 3. Subject to availability, early check-in is possible with surcharge RM10 / hour count toward 3pm. 4. Late check in, from 11pm onward is subjected to surcharge of RM10 per hour. 5. Late check-out is subjected to surchange of RM20 per hour, from 1pm to 3pm. 6. Additional occupants above allowable limit is strictly prohibited. 7. No disturbing noise after 11pm. 8. Washer and Dryer usage is subjected to surcharge. Security Deposit is required upon check-in and refundable upon check-out should there be no damages of property and violation of house rules.

    “Excellent”

    Overall it was good stay and i like the place as it seems cooling, just a little distance to the main street and that road leading to Midhill@Genting has few potholes... the room is good, the staff by the name of Emma responded fast to our request eventhough it was on super peak period. (it was on Sat). Some suggestion: it will be good to have slippers in the room as the floor is really cold.. Other than that, it was a good experience..
