"Stay period: Holy week 2018 March 30 to April 1 Santorini suites Quadruple (basement) Location: Gibraltar St is walking distance to Wright Park, The Mansion, Botanical Garden, and one ride away to Mines View Park (you may also walk) Picturesque hotel. Pastel colored gazebos and nice landscape. Interior looks great too. Food: average, typical Filipino food. Live band during dinner. You may ask for fast food delivery it's available in the city. They can still improve on this. Fitness center is available, but not maintained. Treadmill is functional too and a couple of stationary bikes. A quick work-out can be done. Hotel room has no airconditioner of course but ceiling fan is available. But the access door to the common backyard is broken. Door knobs are also broken. No bidet hose for the toilet. Lighting is too dim for me. Room service is good. Noise is evident among neighboring rooms. Telco signals and wi-fi speed is quite weak but ok. 1k security deposit must be handed upon check-in. Over-all stay at the hotel was pleasant and satisfactory. Staff are courteous and always helpful. Still recommendable."

"We spent 1 night in this hotel last Christmas. Our aim was just to relax and we did. The staycation was great as the balcony offered us view of the pines and the coolness of Baguio. It is walking distance to mines view park and Good Shepherd so there's no problem visiting those locations at your most comfortable time. Internet is also fast enough for us to enjoy Netflix. It also has ample space for parking so you wont have to worry leaving hotel any time of the day and trying to enjoy the restaurants nearby. The hotel is also just minutes away from Camp John Hay area that you would not have to go through the traffic of the city center."

"the hotel is in a residential area very near wright park, the mansion, & mines view park. the turn-off is from romulo drive. pros - do not worry if they advertise that there is no aircon in all of the rooms. you really will not need it, and i think even in the summer, the natural ventilation will be more than adequate. - it is within 5 minutes of some of the major baguio attractions, and yet you will sleep peacefully, as it is very quiet in the area. - you get a very good view of the sunrise above romulo drive (if you get a room facing there. i suggest that you do. - the lobby is a fantastic place to end the day in baguio, have a decaf or a round of drinks to cap the day off. cons - while it is quiet, it can be too quiet. the 'ambient noise' can be disturbing for others. if you're bothered by such, leave the tv on. - breakfast was quite limited, as there was just 1 viand to go with the rice meal. it's good that there are cereal and cheese options to make up for this. - our room's balcony door didn't lock, which may be a bother if you want maximum security, but we didn't mind. - others have commented on the pillows. i know what they mean, but we were not bothered by this. but do take note. overall, i wouldn't mind staying back here, and i think this would be near (or at) the top of my list for accommodation options in baguio."

"After booking this hotel, I was still unsure about what to expect given that it was my first time in Baguio and the reviews online were well mixed. When I got there though, I realized right away that I made the right choice. We arrived half a day early for check in at around 5 in the morning and I thought the staff was going to make it difficult for us to check in early since it's peak season but the staff were so accommodating and got us a room with no fuss and a small fee of less than $20 for the early check in! The rooms weren't excellent but average. A refurbish would be great but it was never an issue for us. The view from the room was superb and the hotel is a quick 5 minute stroll to mines view park for great shopping and of course views of the Benguet Mountains. This can be seen from your room and from the verandah where they serve breakfast as well, which in itself an experience I would come back for. We were in a bit of a rush when we checked out, trying to squeeze in breakfast and not missing our bus back to Manila. The staff were so kind in making sure food was being served quickly and even hurriedly packing one of the meals for take away since we ran out of time to eat it. The spa was great as well, and you have a choice of having it in their own facilities or in your room. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!"
