Heard Shunde foods are delicious and it's true. What I almost missed is Chunghaewon garden near hotel. Luckily I made it to experience the beauty of the traditional garden. It was worth visiting. Don't miss it!

Very nice location. Opposite of the hotel is the famous historical site. You can find local delicious food everywhere nearby. The room is spacious. Enjoyed the light tea in the executive floor.

Beautiful and Great Location”
We booked 3 rooms at this hotel but when we got there we were told that only one room was available and had to wait for the other 2 rooms. Fortunately, the hotel manager was there to upgrade our rooms to 2 suite rooms which we readily accepted. The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in China, nice grand lobby, and great Chinese restaurant on the 2nd flr. The rooms were clean and big, clean shower and all had free internet access. location wise, very convenient as the food alleys and shopping areas were within walking distances. Famous dessert shop and local delicacy in Shunde was about 10 minutes walk . (turn left from main lobby) night food stall also about 10 minutes walk (turn right from hotel lobby) The concierge was also very helpful when we had to hire a van to take us to Guangzhou. All the front desk staff were able to speak English so that's a plus for English speaking travellers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, business, leisure etc.

The New World Shunde has been operating for some years but it is still well maintained and the staff are nice and helpful. It is still superb comparing some new hotels recently built around that area. The cost of the rooms are also very reasonable and the free wifi is also good.

NEW WORLD HOTEL IN SHUNDE HAD ALWAYS BEEN THE HOTEL OF MY CHOICE FOR MANY YEARS NOW. EXCELLENT LOCATION, VERY COMFORTABLE, VERY CLEAN, VERY CONVENIENT. THEY EVEN HAVE DIRECT BUS FROM HOTEL LOBBY TO HONG KONG AND BACK!

Good hotel”
I was there during the past christmas. Very nice location so and there is a theme park just oposite the hotel. Shopping centre is only a walking distance. In general, the hardware of this hotel is not bad, though a bit distance from 5 stars. However, staff seems to be remaining in local hotel service level. New world is supposed to be an international standard hotel and I do expect a bit better staff appearance. I attempt to have a christmas dinner in the hotel. However, the cost is quite expensive for a city in Shunde so I had decided to go out for Chinese food instead. The swimming pool and sauna seems OK, but there are number of old building surrounding and so you may not wish to be peep by the neighbourhood. There was a bar inside the hotel and its quite nice. However, I was quite suprise that the bar was empty, especially during the christmas weekend Anyway, its a good hotel should at the special price I paid

The hotel is located steps away from the famous ShunDe QingHui Garden as well as the ShunDe Walking Street. Lots of good food around the hotel! Or if you are not a big fan of cantonese food, there's also KFC, McDonald, Starbucks, Pizzahut around it.

Conveniently located at the centre of excitement”
Opposite to Qing Hui Garden, the hotel is conveniently located at the center of excitement. New World Shopping Mall is next to the hotel premises. It takes around 5 min. walk to come to the pedestrian walking street where you can find a lot of small local shops. Herbal tea, restaurants, souvenir, clothings, toys, local agricultural produce are easily accessible. The hotel premises are a bit old, but overall maintenance is still good and clean. Definitely value for money.

Convenient location since we took the direct bus line between Shunde and Hong Kong and the stop is right in front of the hotel. Hotel is rather dated but well maintained, staff are friendly and efficient I was actually pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel and overall service.

Good service with a smile”
THis hotel is in a good location with small shopping mall next door, and plenty of good restuerants near by, two big shopping malls 15 minutes walk away or a 5 minute taxi ride. And theres also a nice chinese garden right across the road which is deffinatley worth seeing. If im ever in Shunde again i would deffinatley stay at this hotel again.

This location is at the centre of shunde. The historical garden is literally across the street. Plus there's a starbucks at the lobby! There are a few parking spot in the ground floor for free too! The staff however were a little slow and check out was a bit of a nightmare. Took 30 minutes of queuing time just to check out. It's value for money!

Conveniently located near the bus stop coming from Shunde Bus Terminal. Beside the shopping center and fastfood chain like Mc Donald's. The room we're staying was facing the park, very nice view. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Great location. Always clean. Check in/out is usually efficient. Nice room for value. Only 10 minutes by taxi to Shunde Railway Station. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

I had only a one night stay at Shunde New World. The overall service is more than satisfactory except that it took a little longer than expected to check out since the hotel still adopted an older fashion in room inspection before alllowing customer to depart.

Nice soup”
It is a nice treat that we were provided with a bowl of soup made from local fish and herb when we were back to the hotel after a whole day excursion. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. The hotel also provides a free shuttle between the Shunde port and the hotel which makes travelling most convenient.

I stayed during my business trip to Shunde. It was nice hotel. How can I call Agoda when I arrived there almost midnight? So, just have to take whichever room I booked. Other than that, a pleasant stay.
