Novotel Zhengzhou is a huge hotel with a very large conference and convention center for china standard the hotel understanding of english and attitude is helpful rooms and eating options are quite good nothing exceptional about hotel but nothing wrong as well a recommended hotel in ZHENGZHOU

Novotel Hotel”
The room is very spacious, lots of room and very clean. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed we had in China yet. We only stayed one night as we arrived at the Zhengzhou airport very late in the night/early in the morning. We did not get to enjoy the facilities of this hotel, but they looked amazing and wish we had enough time to take advantage. The service was great as well. Our only complaint is the breakfast. The food options they had lacked in flavour and tasted old, didnt seem like there was any care taken in preparing it. But other than that we enjoyed it. We will be back to stay in the future but will not get breakfast included and instead, go somewhere else.

a new hotel in the strategic location in the new business district at zhengzhou, the hotel clean, modern and comfort. Breakfast is good. But be careful about hotel staff at reception,I have bad experience with their careless staff, they forgot to give back my credit card instead only give me the receive bill and I realize while I was In the plane back to my country.Should be Improve the SOP on the receptionist.

Good business hotel”
Hotel is in the outer circle away from the central city. Hotel is good for business travellers who are using the convention centre. Staff is well trained and nice. Free wifi, but is fairly slow and inconsistent. Large breakfast selection, food was okay. Possibly the best hotel choice in zhengzhou before the brand name hotels come out later this year. Room is quite small, felt boxed in. Hotel is not well lit inside.

Nice hotel to stay”
Good location, just a few steps from the new convention center. Rooms are spacious and modern with good facilities and a nice design. The variety of breakfast was good and the offered food was all freh and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful whatever you asked for. Very good value for the money.

the hotel is located in the new cbd area. pretty far from anything, unless you need to be in this part of town for business or a convention.

Spacious and new”
Spacious room and new facilities. The surrounding is quiet and serene. Not easy to get taxi. Even when we asked hotel concierge to call taxi for us, there was no response from taxi drivers. On the next day of stay, our room was not cleaned by housekeeping. On the day of departure, we had to leave for the airport at 6 am, the restaurant staff was very nice and gave us two boxes of bread and cake and yogurt in lieu of breakfast which was included in our hotel package.

certain design faults like the room door leading to the toilet and the blind at the shower area. it ius new but the design might not suit everyone's taste and certainly not mine. the decorations are not modern and contemporary like the normal 5 star hotel.

Standard room just as good”
Having stayed in the executive rooms my last few stays, I opted to stay in a standard room. Although you do not get a view of the city or the garden, I find it to be just as good. One thing I enjoy about the hotel is the delicious breakfast. The bread is really good and appears to be baked fresh.

Location is a little bit far from downtown, not so easy to get a taxi, but overall the hotel condition is great, and close to shopping mall and dinning.

A bit out of town but quiet.”
There are a few things I'd like to mention about this hotel. 1: Although the location is pretty poor, there is hardly anything to do in the area and everything shuts down pretty early, it is nonetheless a quiet area. It's east to jump in a taxi. 2: I was surprised to see that there was no air conditioning in the fitness room. This shouldn't have to be requested. Surely? Also, the sauna seemed to be off. 3: The breakfast was pretty good but it's best to opt for the main breakfast downstairs. The executive lounge breakfast wasn't as good. 4: There seemed to be a lack of alcohol in the executive lounge which caused the staff to tell me to wait until tomorrow. If I'm paying executive prices then surely I deserve better quality and standards. Otherwise, why offer these rooms? 5: Although the room was awesome I was very disappointed with the view. It was one of the worst I've seen in a long time. i guess, just as bad as last weeks hotel in Zhuhai.

My Second Time Staying In this Hotel..”
I decided to treat myself and a friend to this hotel at the end of Golden week. I booked the executive lounge but it seemed that although the staff were there it just wasn't prepared that day. For example, at 18:00 to 22:00 they should offer some complimentary snacks. However, we had to ask for some hot food items. I was happy they eventually arrived but my friend made a comment about them being left overs from another time. Funnily enough we both had diarrhoea after our stay. Despite being disappointed with the executive lounge experience the room was of a high standard. Also, I shouldn't forget to mention that the breakfast was fully stocked and had some nice items. Once again, thanks to the nice and kind staff but I think the hotel should offer a better package for the executive lounge. If you note my last review I did say why offer it if you aren't gonna deliver what you promised.

room smaller than 37m2 carpet is dirty not constant hot water for shower air~con not work. call for help. engineer come and fix it but only 15min work. then out of order again. try to open the window. constrution nearby. dusty and noisy. whole night cant sleep. what a neg-5 star hotel. should not be novotel!
