Penthouse Apartment

Utterly shocking disgust”

The penthouse was awfully manage by a personal owner and not by a hotel. It was in ugly state, very bad hygiene, dirty disgusting stained on the carpet, food crumbs on the floor, dust and debris all over the place on the floor and stairs. The bed and pillows as well as the linen was not newly changed. The toilet was wet with water spillage. The picture in the review was totally the opposite of the real condition. I wasted my money as the term was to deduct if i cancel. The thing is i and my family did show up at the apartment on the date but the condition was very bad and really inhabitable not even for one seconds. I wasted my time and pride as i need to re allocate my family on that date. I really feel disappointed and at lost for what has happened.
