The rooms and the hotel are beautiful, but no one speaks english. You can only use body language or Google translator. It is located about 2.5 to 3 km from the center.

This hotel is confortable and clean with good wifi BUT the staff don't speak English (evening or morning) - they even don't understand "check out" or "could you call tuc tuc" ... so as the hotel is far of the city center, it could be difficult. They don't give informations of visitors (bus, ...) so if you are already with a guide ok but if you are travelling by yourself choose another hotel !

Quiet and clean”
The main issue here is the location on Agoda is a long way from where it shows on the Agoda map. After an hour of driving and asking we stumbled on it. Its new so very clean however super basic. Not even a chair to sit on. If you don't have transport give it a miss.

Rude staff”
Man on desk spoke no English and just laughed and picked his nose as I tried to get the room key. Another employee barked at him and he finally gave me the key. At 6:30 pm I asked for a bottle of water and he really showed his annoyance at having to get out of bed. Pretty place but poor location.

Peaceful hideaway”
After my bus was delayed by 8 hours I arrived in Pakse in the middle of the night. Staff from the hotel were kind enough to come and find me and give me a lift back. The hotel is about 2-3km from the town centre, but in a lovely quiet location. You can easily get a tuktuk on the main road or rent a bicycle or motorbike to get around. Staff speak very little English. The room is very large and comfortable. It even had a living room and couch, television and large comfy bed.

Die Zimmer sind zwar schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt aber total abgelegen, das Personal spricht kein Englisch, und waren nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt kein Frühstück und auch in der Nachbarschaft befindet sich nur ein Kiosk um Snacks zu holen. Wir waren von unserem Aufenthat dort leider sehr enttäuscht.
