We stayed on the Garden view side and chose a room without a balcony, so the room was spacious with a big sofabed, perfect for partying with friends. The room was new and clean, but I would like the hotel to improve on two points: 1. The water pressure in the bathroom is inconsistent. 2. We have to take the hotel shuttle to have breakfast at Ocean view, which is 400 meters away. Everything else is great. There are many restaurants across the street, right by the sea. The hotel has complete facilities, including a pool, fitness room, kids club, pool bar, and rooftop bar.

I booked a room without a balcony and window, but with a mirror. The accommodation is in a good location at the end of Lamphu Beach, with plenty of parking. The room is beautiful, and the facilities are complete. The bed is comfortable, and there is a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels, and shower caps. They don't provide bottled water, but there is a water dispenser available. The staff service is excellent. The room I booked comes with breakfast, which is not too extensive but just right and delicious. The Japanese rice and curry are outstanding. It's just a short walk to the beach across the road, and there are nearby restaurants offering both a la carte and burger options, cooked meats, and ribs that are delicious. The only two drawbacks are that the shower water pressure is a bit low, and the air conditioning has a slight musty smell, but overall, I really liked it.

Good location, plenty of parking, clean rooms, cool air conditioning, and very comfortable beds. However, the curtains do not close completely and should be improved. The bathroom is good but not well-ventilated. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices and average flavor, and the food is replenished quickly and sufficiently. The swimming pool is small and couldn’t be used because it was very crowded; it seems like every building had guests swimming in the same pool. Overall, it's good. PS: When booking, I requested a mountain view room, but upon check-in, I did not get the view I had booked.

The staff arranged the rooms to be close together as requested. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is refreshing and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. There is plenty of parking available, and the location is good, right by the road. Overall, it is very worth the price.

The room was very nice, the view was beautiful, the staff provided excellent service, and the dinner ordered from the hotel kitchen was delicious and reasonably priced. For breakfast, I would like to see improvements in the equipment, as the toaster is very old, and I would like there to be additional bread pudding. Other than that, everything was great. The front desk staff was cheerful and friendly. Unfortunately, during our visit, the swimming pool was under repair, which made the scenery less appealing. We got a room in building C right on the beach; the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and it was a perfect place to relax. I will definitely come back.

If I have the chance, I would love to stay here again. I feel that the hotel is beautiful and the staff provide excellent service, which truly impressed me. We arrived at the hotel for check-in at 2 PM, and the staff carried our bags to the front of our room, making everything very convenient and also recommended the services available, including requesting extra pillows and blankets. Importantly, the swimming pool has a stunning view, the bedroom is spacious with a large area, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is beautifully decorated and separated into zones. Additionally, it is close to Passion Mall, where we can walk in to explore, eat, and enjoy amenities such as movies, restaurants, cafes, and there is a children's amusement park inside the mall. I really liked it a lot and I will definitely go again when I have the chance.

This is one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed at. I must say it is a 3-star hotel that surpasses many 4-star hotels I have been to. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are still in pristine condition. Although the room is only 19 square meters, it didn't feel small at all. There are options for a large bed (5 feet) or twin beds (3.5 feet), and the mattress is incredibly soft, comparable to a 5-star hotel. Each person gets two pillows: one soft and one firm (I liked that the pillowcases clearly labeled Soft and Firm). The blanket is good but the fabric is a bit rough. The bathroom is small but has nothing to complain about. The water pressure is strong, and the hot water stays consistent. The shower gel smells good and isn't slippery or hard to wash off. Amenities are not plentiful: a shower cap and cotton buds, but no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. There is a hairdryer available. There's no Netflix on the TV. The air conditioning is ceiling-mounted and very cool. I like that the control button can be set in detail if you want a specific condition, and it shows the room temperature. The walls and door are very thick, and I did not hear any noise from outside at all. The standards are excellent. One small thing that impressed me was the hallway outside the room, which was very cool even though it was a weekday or even past midnight during our stay. It is rare to find such a thing. The hotel has a Kids Club, fitness center, and swimming pool on the 4th floor. Breakfast, although not plentiful, was delicious. The pork curry and mixed vegetables were very tasty. There weren't many bread options, and there is an automatic coffee machine, but there are no choices for non-coffee drinkers like cocoa, chocolate, or even cold milk. We stayed on a weekday at a price of about 1,200 baht, which is very cheap considering everything I have reviewed. It is extremely worth it. I sincerely hope the hotel can maintain these standards and prices for a long time because if we come back to Rayong, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️

The location is great. The staff is friendly and lovely, and the atmosphere is nice. The hotel is next to a mall and convenient to get to. The hotel is clean and has a pleasant smell. I got a room on the 23rd floor with a beautiful view; I can see the sea in the distance. However, it was noisy from the fitness center and pool during the late night for all three nights. The room doesn't have good soundproofing, but there is a private area in front of each room that creates good space for guests. The water heater in the room acts like a bipolar system; it switches between very hot and very cold, even though nothing was adjusted, making showering very difficult. This took away from the enjoyment of the stay. The housekeeper was nice, but on the day of my stay, there was a fire alarm test, so it was quite chaotic and very loud. Overall, I was very impressed. I didn't eat this time, but I will definitely return to stay again.

I like the swimming pool, and right in front is the sea with a fire show, delicious restaurants, and breakfast. Many families come here, and it's quiet with great blackout curtains... I sleep soundly. There's warm water coming out, and there's a café too. I don't know how it would be for tourists, but from the perspective of a local resident in Thailand, this is excellent.

The room is spacious, the water flows strongly, and there’s the scent of laundry detergent, so you can tell it’s clean. Plus, there’s a body pillow too. The price, including breakfast, is very good. Just a little note, don’t park under the tree; there’s bird droppings all over the car!

Overall, it was great. This is my second time staying here. It's convenient for travel and not far from the beach. The room is clean and looks new. The towels are soft, new, and very nice to use. There are many options for breakfast. The staff is good at service.

The hotel may be a bit old, but the rooms are spacious and clean. The best feature is the Twin beds; two large beds with soft pillows for a comfortable sleep. The location by the beach is private and peaceful. The breakfast is varied and delicious with fresh vegetables, earning it a 5-star rating. The restaurant staff is very attentive, as is the service in other areas, which is excellent. I like the location but wish they would renovate the rooms and make the towels smell nice.

The exterior may look a bit old, but the accommodation is okay and clean. The lobby smells great, which I really like. The location is good and it's not hard to find restaurants. It's calm and suitable for a quiet getaway. Most guests are foreigners. The private beach is not crowded. The breakfast is delicious, with a separate food corner for small children. The staff are cheerful and friendly. My son loves the swimming pool and the beach. If I have the chance to come to Rayong again, I will definitely stay here.

The hotel is located on the road by the beach. It has a room on the roadside with 1 bedroom, a firm bed, good bedding, and soft pillows. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas and includes a bathtub. There is a large sink counter and a kitchen corner with a washing machine and various kitchenware like at home, including plates, bowls, and cutlery. There is also a microwave. The room has a beautiful view, and the amenities are very complete, including a sauna. The swimming pool is clean, there is a fitness center, and a cafe in front. There are two 7-Eleven stores right next to the hotel. At night, there are seafood restaurants on the beach, with 3-4 walking distance options for dining, or you may find local food vendors offering a variety of convenient choices. The breakfast here is a highlight with everything included; it's very worthwhile as it’s a buffet with Thai food, congee, miso soup station, eggs, pastries, various sausages, and crispy bacon that is very delicious. It's very complete with fruits, vegetables, and salads. If I get to visit Rayong again, I will definitely drive back to stay here. I love the location, the breakfast, and the room. Everything is convenient and not far from various seafood restaurants at Laem Charoen.

Stay in a Deluxe Room Pros The hotel is clean and smells nice, strong water pressure, cool air conditioning (to some extent), large bed, good service from the staff, polite and excellent service mindset, from the receptionists to the security guards and housekeeping, to the point that we feel guilty 😄. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices. You can walk to the beach, not too far, and it's not crowded. There is a restaurant of the hotel by the beach with a nice atmosphere. Suggestions - I wish there were another elevator connecting the rooms to the beach because the existing elevator is located near the front side of the hotel, making it a bit far for guests in distant rooms. - The room is a bit small, especially the bathroom. The bathroom door is next to the wardrobe door, making it a little difficult to open. - There is limited parking in front of the hotel, but there is additional parking across the street with a golf cart shuttle service. - Large trash bins within the hotel area are hard to find. Sometimes when I buy food to eat in the room, I want to throw the trash away immediately because I'm worried the room will smell, but it's a bit hard to locate.

The staff worked hard to minimize the wait time. There is a lot of parking available, and crossing the street leads to the beach. There are many shops in front of the hotel at affordable prices, with fresh food available. The pool is also clean. Every time I go to Rayong, I stay here because the price is quite reasonable.

Choose because the hotel is located right on a main road, making it convenient for travel and has good security. Deduct points for cleanliness, as I found hair and stains in the bathtub. The hotel has started to gain recognition among workers and various companies, and the rooms fill up quite quickly. The rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear the conversations from the next room. Additionally, during my stay, there was renovation work being carried out on the rooms, which may have made it difficult to relax fully during the daytime.

The seaside room has a great view. The room is clean, and the walls are not too thin, so it keeps the noise at a reasonable level if you're not shouting. The staff is attentive and cares about the customers, but personally, I think the breakfast hours are a bit short; I would like to see them extended until 10:00 AM.

The family room is a combination of two connected rooms with a shared bathroom in the middle. It comes with a smart TV, a clean swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. There is parking available. It is suitable for both individual and family stays, located about 7 kilometers from the beach. It is worth the money spent.

The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the water park looks good; the kids really enjoy it. The breakfast is a standard buffet. Disadvantages There are minor complaints about staying in Room ***; the bathroom has a sewer smell but it's not too serious. The check-in points are separated into two locations, which customers do not know beforehand, so if they go to one point that is not in the area where they are staying, they have to walk to another point to get the key. There is a room deposit of 500 baht; if paid in cash, it is refunded immediately at check-out, but if transferred, the hotel will refund it no later than 3 PM.

The air conditioning is cool, and the bathroom is quite spacious, but the water flow is not strong. The accommodation has a lift, but the rooms are not very soundproof. There is a decent amount of parking. Breakfast is rice porridge, but there isn't much pork; however, the taste is acceptable and good enough to fill your stomach. It's priced at around 600 baht per night, which is considered very worthwhile. It's not far to Haad Sang Chan, and there is a 7-11 nearby, which is very convenient.
