I came to this hotel from Japan. Thanks to the warm and sincere welcome from the male staff who greeted me, my tension of coming all the way to Egypt eased. Additionally, a gentleman named Mustafa was truly wonderful, performing various tasks very accurately and swiftly. I also had the opportunity to talk with Mustafa while enjoying the view of the pyramids from the rooftop, and the wonderful memories of this day will never be forgotten. I genuinely felt that all the staff at this hotel have warm and beautiful hearts. Thanks to everyone, my memories of Egypt became truly beautiful. While the pyramids and the Sphinx were fantastic, the experience at this hotel was etched most deeply in my heart.
