Review with a baby”
Stayed in a city view suite with a 12-month-old baby. We chose this room because the floor was made of wood and there was a bathtub. Overall, we cleaned the wooden floor once and wore indoor shoes. The advantages are that it has a high-rise view on the 33rd floor overlooking the city and the staff were friendly. The overall hygiene and room condition were also top-notch. However, the heater did not warm up quickly even when turned on, and I was surprised that there was only a washing machine and sink, not an induction and microwave. I had to heat up the baby's food... so I used an electric kettle. If you are sensitive, you may be bothered by the sound coming from the next room. This room seemed like a room that a family would use by opening the middle door. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast. As someone who always thinks rice is right, it wasn't bad. However, if you go after 8 o'clock, there may not be enough seats and the food may not be replenished well, so go early and have breakfast~^^ This is unrelated to the hotel, but I traveled around the city very conveniently with the app called Didi. Have a great trip!

I think it's more than worth the price. I requested a high floor with a good view when making the reservation, and I was given a room with a great view on a high floor. With the recent Wuhan pneumonia outbreak, they conducted temperature checks and provided masks upon entry, which I appreciated. The front desk staff were also very friendly. I thought I knew a little Chinese, but it turns out the front desk staff only spoke English and Chinese. They spoke slowly and clearly so I could understand, and since many restaurants were closed for the Lunar New Year, I couldn't eat all day and wanted to order delivery, but as a Korean, it was difficult for me to do so. I explained my situation to the front desk staff and they helped me order delivery using their phone. The service was excellent, and I think the view, cleanliness, and everything else deserves more than 5 stars.

A place to stay again when I go to Qingdao”
Clean room condition and spacious. There are facilities for cooking, but there are no plates or utensils, which is a trap. Other than that, it was almost perfect. The front desk staff were also friendly and I walked well to 5.4 Park and Mix Mall! The street where you can enjoy food is a bit far, but I walked for about 20 minutes and it was good~ It's a real advantage to have a Carrefour right across the street. I want to stay here again if I go to Qingdao. Oh! There is also a subway nearby!

Good for family trip”
Even though I don't speak the language, they were so kind to include breakfast discounts. I was really satisfied for two days. My parents liked it too, and I wasn't cold, but my younger sibling was a bit chilly. We booked two deluxe rooms, which were very spacious and had induction cooktops and washing machines like apartments, although we didn't use them. The bathroom was clean and the bed was so comfortable that I slept really well. Thank you~~~~

Spacious room, complete with kitchen (microwave, e-hotplate, back-oven) but no pan or wok. You could wash the clothes using in room washing machine incl. dryer. If you stay longer than one week, you could contact the hotel directly to get a special offer. Within 15 minutes walk you reach the center of the junction filled with big malls and hyper-markets.

The room looks like a former office building. But it is ok. Big bed, big wardrobe. Taxis readily available on both streets that the hotel sits in between. Near carrefour supermarket for grocery needs too. Will return.

Suite was huge and had a great view, with great buffet breakfast too. The toilet is to die for, with both a huge shower + nice bathtub. However my only gripe was that the cleanliness was abit off, it was quite dusty everywhere like right above the headboard of my bed :( TV shows can be better too, perhaps replace with smart TV? Else location + price very worth the money!

I visit Qingdao regularly for business and as with all my destinations research all possible hotels as much as possible. Initially I could find little or no information / reviews about Far Glory, especially on Tripadvisor. As with all Chinese hotels I was skeptical about reviews and information provided online. Farglory is an amazing hotel. It is located almost next door to may 4th square right in CBD of qingdao. As it is very new few taxis and locals know of it as a hotel. As it doubles as both an appartment and commercial complex. The room was very clean, large and modern. A full set of bathroom amenities was available, wonderful large bathroom, free wifi, kitchen (pls note no cooking utensils - plates, cutlery, pots etc) HBO & Sat TV, microwave, large refrigerator, enormous bed etc etc. all the amenities you expect from a 5 star hotel but in an appartment setting. Some of the reviews I read suggested difficulties with English at front desk & concierge however I experienced no such difficulties. The service standard was excellent. I even requested help to work the washing machine and within 10 minutes house keeping was at my door to instruct me how to operate the appliance. Breakfast is good but don't expect a 5 star breakfast in terms of selection however I found it more than adequate with selection of both Chinese and western. All food was well prepared presented and fresh. The view from the breakfast area is what sets this appart from other hotels. The recreation facilities are superb both pool and gym with views over the square, ocean and city. All in all and excellent hotel. If you are staying 1 night, 1 week or 1 month u will not be disappointed. My stay was 3 nights. If ever I am placed in Qingdao for longer stays this is the location as it is more of a residence. My only concern with this review is that by posting this more people will stay and ultimately the price will increase! An absolute bargain and an amazing hotel. Great pool & fitness centre

Great views, great place for a swim”
More like an apartment hotel than a traditional hotel. Hotel starts on 24 floor. Room had all that you need for a week or more of stay. Great view. Got upgraded room with king bed. Great pool for exercising...nice and warm with nice hot tub...all with a view from the 24th floor. Great location for seeing the major sites around Qingdao. Only problem was that the room was a bit warm and the air conditioning was not turned on. Would be helpful but not necessary to speak some Chinese. In all a great stay. We would go back.

The view of the room is very nice, with the view of olympic sailing centre. The hotel is located in central of qingdao city. Lots of shopping centre and scenery spots nearby. The servic of both receptionist and housekeeping also nice. Breakfast with lot of choice. But the air condition is inadaquate, may be due to it's spring season.

This hotel is good, it located in CBD, and it is close to my customer office. At the same time, some shopping mall and food shop are closed to the hotel; it is good for us to relax after the whole busy day. The hotel room is very new and clean. My room has city view only, but it is not bad. The most important thing is money, the price is not expensive, but with good quality services. I will pick this hotel again if I will go back to Qingdao.

I was worreid about this residence before visit here, cuz there is no information about this hotel. We stayed 33rd floor and the view was really awsome also, every furniture in the room was new and very clean. You will never find this kinda hotel with this cheap money. But,the thing that I was disappointed is I couln't use the swiming pool and fitness center. Reception said that pool and fitness club will open in the future, not sure when. I am pretty sure that this residence is the best choice, if you visit Qingdao.

I heard this is one of the highly recommended hotel in Qingdao by Agoda and decided to give it a try. Everything is just perfect! We took the executive suite which was located in 33 floor. The view is amazing. Room is spacious and bed is quite comfortable. More importantly, the price is very affordable compared to other 4* and 5* hotels in the neighborhood.

A beautiful and relaxing city”
The Hotel is conveniently located at the city centre and there are buses running through to most tourist spots. The rooms are big and clean. You can enjoy a panaronic view of Qingdao city centre from hotel rooms. Reasonably priced as well. Breakfast is adequate but can be monotonous if one stays for a few days.

This hotel was widely recommended by Korean bloggers and I didn't take much time considering the alternatives because Farglory seemed incomparably outstanding according to their review. My thoughts proved to be right. The staff members were kind and helping. The room I stayed in was large enough for two people. I liked the high ceiling and the lighting. The highlight of my stay was the amazing view. The night city view from above was one of the best moment of the entire trip. Overall, enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
