Small room but Staff are all Friendly and polite”
Despite the small room with limited facilities and amenities but the hotel employed a staff member who is all friendly, hardworking, and polite. I think the staff especially housekeeping should be paid heftily so that will encourage them to do much better job because I feel bad to let them to do a tough job especially the room that I stayed, the bed frame is heavy with a Queen size mattress which is also heavy. I used to stay at other hotel as well and I monitored and observed how the housekeeping staff are really trying to keep up a good standard of cleaning especially my room.

Place is not well maintain. Water spray burst once but luckily my hubby able to stop the water. Toilet door handle kept on dropping to the floor. The stool cushion in the room was so dirty with stains. I must advised travellers to check the room, if the mattress cover or pillow cover is clean and not stained. Upon check out, they refused to return my full deposit and accused us for leaving their pillow stained when it was already stained on the first day we came check in. We thought it was ridiculous to argue with them so we just pay them whatever they asked for. Felt like a daylight robbery!

The top smoking room when I check in, I was told some are defects probably by workers whom their company are paying for. Need to maintain all the defects each time customer check out and damage anything inside the room.

My worst and shortest stay in the hotel”
Hotel is clean and tidy but the 318 room air cond is not functionally very well. Air cond is not cool. All staff are not service- oriented , especially the front office girl by the named of yohanna and also the security guard.... Less than 3 hours, I check out from the hotel ..... Very Poor service... Will never recommended... Will never ever come again. The worst hotel i ever been in my whole life at this particular moment...
