The sheets have many stains. The bathroom is not very clean. The sink is also dirty. The bench near the bed has many stains. The welcome snack is good. The towel decoration is really nice. There is an elevator, which is good for those who like to lounge around. 😄 The staff is friendly.
Once while I was resting, suddenly the door to my room was opened by the staff, which greatly disturbed my comfort. Please improve and be more careful when cleaning the empty rooms, and please mark the rooms with guests and those without guests. Thank you 🙏🏼
The top smoking room when I check in, I was told some are defects probably by workers whom their company are paying for. Need to maintain all the defects each time customer check out and damage anything inside the room.
The place and cleanliness are very good. But there was a conflict with the receptionist due to a misunderstanding regarding the booking. He stubbornly refused to check the data because our email could not be used. Meanwhile, we had already made the booking.

“Small room but Staff are all Friendly and polite”
Despite the small room with limited facilities and amenities but the hotel employed a staff member who is all friendly, hardworking, and polite. I think the staff especially housekeeping should be paid heftily so that will encourage them to do much better job because I feel bad to let them to do a tough job especially the room that I stayed, the bed frame is heavy with a Queen size mattress which is also heavy. I used to stay at other hotel as well and I monitored and observed how the housekeeping staff are really trying to keep up a good standard of cleaning especially my room.
