My husband and I arrived at Dana Bay Resort reception at 3:45 PM, just in time for the resort's check-in which is at 4 PM. We waited for 3 hours before they checked us in (the only issue we had). i always choose park-inn al khobar for it's good location, great service, unbelievable prices when you book early.
Very nice place with clean furniture, but the room was full of flyers and they have no solution. Service is not that good, you have to request them many times and keep reminding to respond. Very nice and enjoyable for kids. Restaurant is very good as well. Overall it was nice.
Towels were not available untill requested.. Locker not working.. Bad smell outside our rooms, specially in the corridors and passages.. Parking not sufficient or maybe unorganized..

The reset manager was very helpful , he upgraded us to a better location. One restraint was awful , the other were ok. The first villa wasn't very clean but the second was spotless. We loved it the , it's quiet , the sea is gorgeous and ware activities are fun !

Very good. Room was very spacious with great view to the sea side. Staffs are helpful, very understanding. Especially when i have to check out late due to some meetings, they did not rush me and even did not charge me for overstayed. Breakfast was very good with many varieties of foods from local menu and international menu.

When we reched in place they told us there is not apartments available and they send us to the other which is not the same and we accepted because we are tired .by this i didn’t trust the reservation with them. The stuff keeped asking me for the cost of reservation even after I told them it was paied to agoda. they were annoying. The room was very small with very small pathroom. it was very clean but too small. If you plan to sleep only and nothing else, this hotel is the right decision for you.

A good location overlooking King Faisal University, close to restaurants and city center. Nice staff. However, the buffet breakfast was lousy. Almost all food in the heated containers was stale and poorly presented, some dried out because of the heat. I would not recommend the breakfast restaurant.

Really nice hotel to stay in as a business traveler within walking distance of the Cormiche. Unfortunately the swimming pool has been “under maintenance” for the last three years. The only major drawback to staying here.
