This was the highlight of my third trip to Jordan. At reception you are greeted with a drink and a large brass platter of dates and local pastries. The rooms were top class with flat screen TVs. Extremely nice bathrooms - my room had a separate sitting room & the bedroom has a view of the waterfall & balcony. The spa was incredible - hot spring pool under the waterfall and the massage I booked was one of the best I've ever had. My therapist was Pat from Thailand.

Dead sea spa hotel proved to me that going for low budget booking can give much more than expected compared to more expensive hotels/resorts. Service was uncompromised with customer satisfaction being put at top priority for the staff in general, and front desk in particular, thanks to Mr. Samer, front desk officer and Mr. Ali, bellman, who went a mile a head to guarantee our atmost satisfaction. Clean rooms and bathrooms, very good comfy bed, two types of pillows more comfortable than most of other hotels i had been to. Good bathroom's amenities. coffee/tea making facilities in the room, supplied once daily. AC was quite good in some of the rooms, but needed a much better attention and maintainance in others. The view was magnificent, although a little more attention should be paid to remove the dust from the outside of the windows. Four Swimming pools,fit for all ages, basic water games. Breakfast was fine with cozy environment. Spa hotel was outstanding, will be my choice every time

I've been traveling for over nine years and this experience was one of the utmost best. - Friendly and helpful staff - I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and had a jacuzzi in my room which came quite handy to relax after a long day exploring - All bath products were enriched with Dead Sea minerals - The resort boasts many pools for guests to enjoy - Dead Sea is walking distance and beautifully set up with sun beds and a pot of mud to get your mask on. - The lifeguard noticed I had no ocean shoes and borrowed me one of his extra pairs. - Excellent breakfast with a good variety of foods - I would definitely recommend it and if I had to travel back here, I wouldn't hesitate one bit to book the same hotel. - Absolute value for money and authentic Arabian hospitality at its finest

After parking my car outside the hotel, I entered the hotel and checked-in at Level 5 of the main building. Then I went down to Level 2, where breakfast is served between 06:30 and 10:30, and there is a large circular swimming pool surrounding by clusters of hotel rooms. The rooms are arranged in such a way that every room has a view of the pool or the sea. (Mine is facing the pool). From the pool, it's a short walk to the promenade, where I can take a lift down to the beach. Towels and showers were available at the pool and the beach. My room is clean and quiet, and prayer songs in the early morning (regular in urban hotels) are absent here. Breakfast selection is good, but the restaurant can be crowded during peak hours (8-9am). There is a small gift shop at L5 of the main building selling Dead Sea products and Jordanian souvenirs. There is also a jacuzzi pool (for adults only) at the beach level. My main complaint is that my stay was too short to enjoy the full range of facilities!

We had what is possibly one of the best stays in terms of value for money and service ever. The resort is modern, light, airy. There are three pools, including a very big one (25 m long) above the beach, a swim up bar and lots and lots of space so you can still have privacy by the main pool. The beach is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel and is big and extremely scenic. You can lounge in the sun before the salt dips and there are mud clay buckets for guests. The rooms are no frills, but very large, modern, bright and airy. We had a choice of pillows and nice soft cotton sheets. Our bed could have fitted our entire family. For children there is a play room with all sorts of games, including play houses, a slide and tents. There is also a separate shaded swimming pool for children so you can sit and watch them without worry. The best aspect of the hotel was the service and attention to detail. Staff from porters to buggy drivers were full of smiles and happy. The hotel manager also sent us baskets of fruits and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and we had a fantastic sea view suite. The hotel was quiet because of the low season, so it felt extra comfortable. The only downside was a long wait for A la Carte dining on one of the nights. But that was the only hitch. Our little 18 month old got spoilt rotten and we really enjoyed chilling out after travelling and shedding the dust of Petra in the sea. If you are travelling to relax as a couple or with children, this hotel has definitely a super feel good factor to it.

The best experience on our 5 day trip in Jordan. The most amazing staff. The most amazing pools and the experience in the dead sea with the support staff was simply amazing. They made the dead sea experience so comfortable for people by managing lines, towels, fresh water to wash off eyes. The coffee shop was amazing. The dinner and the breakfast buffet was sheer delight. The property is a sight. Highly recommend a stay and at least spend sometime walking and enjoying the property in the evening post sunset. You can see Israel right across the property. Would love to stay again.

The Mosaic City Hotel is in my mind the best hotel in Jordan. Two very competent brothers running the place under the proud, watchful eyes of their father. The hotel was beautifully renovated recently with classic mosaics in the floors and tilework throughout. As soon as we entered, our hosts showed us a map of all of the attractions in town and how to get there. They saw to all of our needs. It was absolutely our best night in Jordan, and our best night sleep.

We went in the height of summer and were almost the only westerners in the whole hotel, however we didn't feel at a disadvantage in any way - both staff and other guests were very friendly and pleasant. It is a family hotel so there were lots of children running about and playing in the (rather small) pools, so if you're bothered by the shrieks of kids enjoying themselves, this is not the place for you. However, I have rarely come across such friendly and helpful staff who made our stay a complete pleasure. There are interesting sites nearby, for example the place where John the Baptist baptised Jesus, and the hotel will arrange a car for you. Considering the remoteness of the location and thus the fact that you area captive audience I wouldn't say the charge for this was exorbitant. The beach attached to the hotel (accessed via a shuttle bus every 1/2 hour) is almost lunar in its bleakness, but then this is no ordinary sea. There's a man to dispense towels who doubled up as a lifeguard, a bucket of Dead Sea mud which you can daub onto yourself and your loved ones, a few loungers and umbrellas and a weedy shower, however I have no complaints about any of this as basic needs were met. There was no opportunity to buy water or snacks, but I think that this was because we had come out of season and were, indeed, the only 2 people in the water for as far as the eye could see. I recommend this hotel for a short and comfortable stay but beware of the children if you're of a curmudgeonly nature.

I stayed here for my first and last nights of my trip. It's surprisingly nice for the price and has everything I needed. The linens are nice, the beds comfortable, nicely decorated rooms, and it's quiet and safe too. The staff is super helpful. Their driver Tawfeeq Salahat, picked me up and returned me to the airport even though my flights were n the of the night. He set me up and drove me on fun activities for elsewhere in Jordan...wadi mujib, wadi rum, Dead Sea, bus station to Aqaba , etc. He was patient, fun, kind and eager to make sure I was completely satisfied. Definitely recommend both the hotel and Tawfeeq!!

Munira and Yousseff are phenomenal people who truly epitomize Jordanian hospitality. They are welcoming, kind, and generous people. The rooms are in the lower floor of their large house with shared access to a kitchen and washing machine (very handy!). The room was very comfortable and large with great furnishings and amenities. As all the other reviews stated, the breakfasts do not disappoint and they feed you enough to last the entire day! Being vegan, they accommodated us and even apologized for not being able to offer more - even though we had more than plenty. Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel has really clean rooms, a solid wifi connection (on the second floor rooms anyways), and really accommodating and helpful staff. The hot water only works when staff turn on a switch near the lobby which is inconvenient, but it was nice and warm once it got going. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre, but there are sidewalks the entire way. STaff went out of their way to serve us breakfast 2 hours early because we had to leave for the airport for an early flight. Good value for money.

The owner of the hotel is super awesome. Due to the problem in the room we booked, the owner arranged us to stay in his house, which was like super upgraded for us. We got to stay in the house with the entire floor belong to us, with 2 huge rooms and kitchen freely to use. The owner also arranged us to have super delicious breakfast cooked and prepared by his lovely wife. It was an incredible Jordanian hospitality to us.

I booked for a double bed room and they said they dont have it because some other guests decided to continue their stay in what supposed to be my room. Offered me a 3 single beds room as a replacement and i declined (why on earth i need two extra single beds?) and they gave me a room with 2 single beds. I took it because i was tired. low pressure for the hot shower(sometimes it seems like the hot water ran out). The mattress is old and not firm to support a 60-kg guy.

Great very pleased with our 2 day stay the hotel is a good location for visits to the dead sea (where the hotels are very expensive), the Hot Springs and Mount Nebo and Madaba itself has a number of interesting places. All in all Best Western and Madaba is a good choice and a central location for exploring the northern part of Jordan. The arrangement with transport to the airport was 100% and priced reasonable.

Really great location, secluded with beautiful Dead Sea views. With a private hot water spring (indoor and outdoor pools), it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff are warm and friendly, and want to help, despite most not speaking any English. Internet works close to the office. I asked if I could pay by credit card in advance of ordering any food, and was assured this was possible, as I was low on cash and on my way back to the airport. When their credit card machine didn't work, the owner told me it was "on the house." Really wonderful hospitality. Would recommend to anyone.

We three people, a couple and our 20 year old daughter really enjoyed this hotel. The roof top terrace overlooking the St George Church and a mosque beyond was a cool place to relax both in the afternoon and of a evening. We ate a wonderful full breakfast there too, presented expertly, of excellent quality and served to us so that we felt honoured. It is not a flash hotel but gets all the things that help you feel at rest and at peace just right.

When we arrived to the reception at 3 pm, the hotel computer system was down due to a technical problem and it was a big miss!! we checked in around 6:00 pm. Unfortunately there were some rude guest who started to shout and be un-polite. Despite this and despite the fact that the hotel is still under soft opening, the staff was trying their best to manage things manually and they were very gentle and polite with all guests. I would like to thank the friendly and helpful staff specially Mr. Mohammed Kokash (GM), Mr. Abu Awwad and Mr Baker Battikhi, they really converted our bad experience to good ones and they regret for the unexpected problem the provide us avrombhhcomplimentary dinner as a compensation.
