One of the best hotels in Makkah in term of money and quality of staff. Checkout is very fast. And I got upgrade to suit room which was amazing. The room was clean, just need to clean kettle or replace it to new one due to smell of coffee. Restaurant was excellent. I recommend everyone to try to eat there( many choices). I've been to Makkah 3 times within the last few years. This hotel is without a doubt the best hotel if travelling with children or elderly parents like I was doing. Since all the big players are absent from Taif, I did what I dreaded the most and booked with a local brand hotel. I was shockingly pleased because it exceeded my expectations and by a mile. Great rooms, great services and the shipping centre is down under. I liked it.
The lobby is very good and spacious. There are multiple eateries nearby and makkah mall is also not that far. The room was not that good as expected and as it should have been after seeing the lobby. Quite a bit small. The bus to haram drops at a far away point but all the buses drop you off there so it balances out.

Cheap places to stay in Makkah
It was nice. However, the hotel is located near Marwah. There is a bus but brings you to Haram only during the prayers. One has to park on the right side of the road (else you would get a ticket).

When i want to check in,they said my name not in the list from agoda and when i want use hotel from hotel to call agoda,they dnt allowed it and ask me to call by myself.After everything settled, i can checkin. I book for 6 day n after 3 day,the hotel ask me to check out because they said i only booking for 3 day only. Again,i call agoda to solve this stupid problem.
Hotel staff are nice and cooperative. They serve their guests to their level best.
Reception completely non-existent. No one answer your call and bengali guys who were doing cleaning work are working as reception there which you have to first search and then ask.

The management is quite polite and will respond to your queries. Only problem is the size of washroom shower which is a bit short especially to accommodate a fatty person. Otherwise, it is a good choice and market is also nearby. Bus service to Haram and back to hotel is also available.

i suppose to check in day time but reached late in night. Person at the reception told me to come in tomorrow morning now as system would not allow him to check although i showed him booking recipt everything. after about half an hour conversation he gave a room but no soup or shampoo etc in batbroom. AC was noisy. nothing seems right about it.
