the hotel is quiet calm , far from the rush of city , the staff were very nice friendly and helpful . the wifi was very slow and weak.

Super staff very friendly and kind. Rooms are well-cleaned everyday. The location is quite good. It's my third stay in Jounieh Suite so I definitely recommend this hotel.

A great little place right by the harbour. Rooms were petite but adequate with a nice patio area to relax and have a drink. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. I thought, for the price, it was excellent. I would definitely stay there again, especially good for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

The location is so cozy , the room has an amazing view , you can relax in the jaccuzi and watch the view, the food was delicious , the stuff were really friendly and helpful, I went with my mom and we both recommend, i will definately come back more than once , and next time with my husband 😍 keep up the good work 👍👌

Rooms big but dreary. “Garden” view was of a school basketball court. Most staff pleasant but did not seem engaged. Overcharges on food items charged to the room.

Had a great weekend near by the sea and amusing historical features. Beach can be reached within 3 mins by walk, to get to all restaurants and sightseeing attractions will take you no more than 10 mins.

The staff were very friendly and immediately responded to our needs including calling a cab, advice on best ways to visit tourist sites. However, the internet was slow, similar to our experience in other hotels in Lebanon. The room cost was also somewhat expensive compared to hotels we also stayed in nearby Jounieh and Beirut.

A good place with close proximity to ski slopes. Except I thought wifi was available in all rooms but discovered in common areas only. Common areas are smoking and not appealing for kids. George and Mrs Sonia were great

Hotels gym should have more equipment and on agoda app during the search its showing breakfast included then last page breakfast disappears so I thought its already included since it was mentioned on the first page however when I checkout from the hotel i found out it wasn’t included that issue should be fixed

I really liked the hotel but I didn't like the fact that there was no spa. A spa would have made it 5 stars! The food and sight are great.
