Beautiful hotel, but couldn’t help feeling ripped off the whole time. The price is not the price, add 30% to the already expensive food and bev. Plato’s Coffee/ Pasteur shop in the Royal Towers was even adding an extra surcharge of 3.50$ surcharge, on top of the 12% and 19% because I ordered a latte, which was considered a specialty coffee. So my latte was 4.95$ + 3.50...

We had a great time but the prices are Excessive, there is no effort on the service because every charge includes a 15% gratuity, also they never cleaned the room completely Just a very basic clean with corner still dirty. The facilities are nice and the water park is great. We brought a suitcase with snacks and cereal based on previous reviews. The beach is spectac...

Amazing the aquarium inside , with a hotel room you have access to every entertaining facilities, the restaurants inside Atlantis are overpriced and the service is Bahamian so don’t expect too much , not worth to dinning there , better to loose money in the casino:) the same thing you will be just upset :) But the Facility is amazing the aquaventure good fun but coupl...

The Reef is a very pretty hotel with a modern/upscale look to it. I found the staff to be welcoming and accommodating. The room came with 2 mini fridges (one stocked with drinks and alcohol). There was also a stovetop for cooking (they provided utensils and pots and pans). I didn’t need the stove but thought it was a plus, especially if you have kids as Atlantis food i...

This will be an annual trip. We absolutely loved it. The gym is amazing, they do need a Peloton and tred however. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in. I was online last night ordering the sheets and the pillows and the comforter. The layout of the king was fantastic. The food definitely needs some work and they need to lower the prices. We had a blast ...

Bay View Suites provided me with an affordable place to stay on Paradise Island that did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The hotel was a short 7-10mins walk from Atlantis, restaurants, beaches & the Cloisters. Staff were friendly & helpful. Security on the front desk were always smiling & keen to give directions & recommendations. Wifi was...

The hotel stay was great! Harborside is a good 5 minute walk away from most of the action which we thought was nice. For the days when you rather not walk the shuttles are always conveniently there to take you around the resort. We also loved taking advantage of the Harborside pool which is much more low key and relaxing if that's what you're looking for. The meals ca...

PROS There a 3 beds (one double and 2 twins) The pool area nice Staff is very friendly Price was reasonable for location Free parking CONS This property is hard to find. It is on a side street, not the address listed. The larger bed was uncomfortable. Slept in one of the twins. Was bitten repeatedly by the mosquitos in the apartment Key didn't work for access to...

This hotel has a great vibe, beautifully decorated. The rooms are the nicest that I have seen in the Bahamas and super clean. Staff was excellent and the food at all 3 restaurants was great. My only complaint would be the servers at both of the main restaurants is very slow and not very knowledgeable. They seem to need a little more training. Also, some of the landsca...

The hotel location is walking distance to most city's interests (not much). Beach is just in front, swimming pool ok, breakfast ok. But no late check-out policy even if paying (if you have late afternoon flight for example). Also they want to charge a "destination fee" if booking with an intermediary website (1/3 of of the total amount!). Also we had to change room be...

This is the quickest checkout I’ve ever had the whole process was probably like 10 secs...no kidding here! Tell them what your room number is, return key and pool towel card and cut you wrist band and boom you’re out of there...it really is all inclusive 3 meals, snacks during meal all beverages including alcohol. All you can drink and eat, isn’t that awesome? Everythi...

Cheaper of the Atlantis resorts. It's cheaper and the rooms reflect that. Not horrible, but could use updatinge. Provides shuttle service anywhere you want to go inside Atlantis. Less crowded than the Royal, but a short walk inside brings you to the Casino inside the Royal. Reasturants throughout the resort are expensive and water is only $3.50 a bottle, not $10 as som...
