Souss-Massa-Drâa hotels & places to stay

We loved it! My boyfriend wanted to surf around, so we had a car and were able to do trips. The hotel itself was very good with the own bar - you won´t find the place to drink or buy alcohol in 50 km distance, so that was good:) Also they have the ATM machine, also not available in the nearest town. If you go out for dinner outside, you need the car, the closest place is approx 5 km, please note one is accepting cards!!! and no alcohol anywhere Yoga place is also amazing, practising while sun set, so peaceful! The surfing instructor is very nice guy, very helpful, giving you many surfing tips. Absolutely recommended! BTW: this resort is one of ten best resorts in Morocco!

The staff try the best to make you feel at ease, the building is immaculate and spotless. The hotel is a bit far out but it's quiet if you appreciate that. There is alot of construction going on around the hotel but nothing that majorly affects your stay. The staff are very well spoken and endeavour their best to meet your needs. Overall enjoyed my stay here and would recommend others to go.

Grand hotel that has seen better days. Has large garden area with functioning pool. Building was old with some cracks. Furnishings were well worn and needed updating. Rooms had poor lighting and limited electrical outlets. Wifi worked well in pool area, but very sporadic in the room. Restaurant was buffet only, wide variety for food but rather bland. Most of the other guests appeared to be part of package tour groups.

The appartments are clean but have no internet from the second floor onwards (though the staff informed me that it was supposed to have internet and that they would have to fix the network). The appartment was very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped, however the fridge was fixed to the same power grid as the rest of the room,ensuring that when you leave the room the power goes out.

Les Jardins de Skoura exceeded all our expectations.... hidden down a dirt road... it is a little oasis of calm and greenery. we received a very warm welcome from Marie and Thierry and their staff were super helpful and efficient. We felt very comfortable immediately and wished we could have stayed longer. Lovely spacious rooms, gorgeous terraces to sit on and look at the palm trees and dinner under the trees by candlelight. Everything was thought of. A great little find !

Had a great two nights stay with my wife. Great location in the Palmeraie, easy to find following signs from Skoura. Hotel is very nice, rooms are separated bungalows among vegetable crops, fruit trees. Great pool, very refreshing. Staff were extremely nice and helpful, including the owners who were very nice and approachable. Food was delicious, made with ingredients from their own farm. Would definitely recommend it, would stay here again.

DO NOT LET THE NEIGHBOUR PUT YOU OFF!!! It is worth the effort to find this Riad so stay away from the hotels off the main streets. GPS your way here, bite your tongue through the dusty roads (we arrived when it was pitch black driving in almost dirt roads, partner nearly forced me to turn around as she thought it looked like an abandoned area). Found the place due to the doorman and large double gate of what seemed like a mini fort. After checking in, the manager arranged a purpose made meal for us on request at 11pm. Luckily the cook lived next door. AMAZING LAMB KEBAB!!! AMAZING. We spent a good 10 minutes slowly exploring the main building. Only regret was that we didn't stay an extra day or 2 to recharge from the long drives. Lots of hidden areas and rooms to duck into to read and relax. Very good high pressure shower and welcome platter; tea, fruit, and nuts. We are planning to return just to relax in this Riad and hope that everything remains the same. Easily the best place we stayed in on our entire trip in Morocco and Europe! This is out of 10 hotels, 6 riads, 9 guest houses, 4 backpackers, 3 hostels, the back seat of Hyundai i10, a tent in the desert and curled next to a camel under the stars.

stayed in the kenzi azghor for a few days in may 2012, enjoyed the facilities (incl. free wifi) and its central location in ozz. staff was very friendly and helpful. food was good, maybe the breakfast buffet could see some more variation from day to day. the room was good, with enough space and everything like advertised in agoda. don't expect a five star hotel to european standards, but it's still a good hotel.

Loved this hotel due to the great customer service. As soon as we checked in, we were upgraded to a suite. We did find dirty towels in the bathroom, yet, as soon as I called the housekeeping, their manager was there in a blink of an eye. She was shocked to find out that dirty towels were put in the bathrooms to be used by a customer who has just checked in, apologized and got the housekeeper to provide new clean ones. I had my 14 year old son and 11 year old daughter with me. I knew that my son would be considered an adult but did not know that I would have to pay extra 25% for my 11 year old. I do not regret it though since we had a lot fun. Rooms are quite traditional with no tea or coffee facilities. The hotel area is nice and quiet. Would definitely use this hotel again but my advice would regard the breakfast buffet: needs to be improved 😊

We stayed here for 2 nights, arriving after a long drive over the Atlas from Marrakesh. Our room was a small cottage set in lovely gardens with a semi-private terrace, where we enjoyed our large and delicious breakfast each morning. The room was very clean, had everything we needed (except an English language TV channel)and was nicely decorated. We had dinner in the hotel dining room both nights and were favourably impressed on both occasions. What made this hotel really special though were the fantastic staff, who were unfailingly charming and helpful.

Staying in the Kohl suite was incredible! Beautiful luxurious suite with amazing views of the infinity pool and lake and mountains beyond. The hotel and it’s grounds are immaculately kept. The food at the restaurant was superb, and the staff incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. An unforgettable experience. A little slice of paradise at the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and only 20 minutes away from Ouarzazate.

Fantastic view! Our room with balcony is just by the cliff facing the belly . We woke up with beautiful sunrise!. The owner is very friendly and helpful. One thing to note, is it located off the main road and you need to drive 2km up hill on an unpaved road. It is dark and without any light so please make sure you arrive B4 sunset or call the owner to meet u at the main road.

Our room was spacious on the 3rd floor overlooking the gardens. It was our private paradise. Big bathroom and plenty of hot water. Hard to describe how sudden the change is walking from the street into the hotel courtyard. From noise to instant tranquility. The hotel is not easy to find until you do and then finding it again is easy. It was definitely worth the initial frustration.

4 stars hotel?😱 for what exactly??? The tricky inducements about this hotel are the stars rate; pictures; and the enhancing summary you'll read about it; and of course, 🤑🤑the price 🤑 !!!! it's a such deal for a 4 stars hotel comparing to others in the same location!!!' 🙄🤔😏as you would assume. but, believe me there the surprise , the first moment you step in you will immediately notice the terrible condition of the place and you will feel undecided about it. As a couple, we were excited about spending our honeymoon in that area and we booked online a week in the blue sea le tivoli hotel which we regretted of course the first moment we checked in. they gave us a room in a terrible condition starting from: no light in the hallway (we used our phones light to reach there), stains on Bed sheets, Q-tips on the floor and of course no wi-if service access in the room. The only wi-fi area was a foggy lobby which actually was an authorized smoking area with left cigarettes on the tables, and litters on the seats and sofas. we definitely couldn't stand staying over. The staff was Emmm.....ok, This have nothing to do with them, they actually were trying to help when we complained, but they didn't had any other option since the hotel administration decided to offer us a 3rd floor smoking room witch we hadn't sign up for and "bboooom🍾" the other matter : the elevator was out of service) even worse 🤕!!!!. All Our blame goes on the administration of the hotel who really seems not serious about their business management and the customer satisfaction priority. All what I can say le tivoli is an overrated hotel and absolutely not the right choice for families with kids or someone who's excepting a quiet good deal.

After driving through desert landscapes we literally arrived in an oasis. Walking through the gates of L’Ma we instantly knew it was really nice. Between the open air arrival area, thick lush grass, tropical plants, trees and refreshing welcome tea it was like walking into a relaxing oasis. Our room was bright with screened windows to enjoy the breeze at night, air conditioner (not needed), great shower pressure and very comfortable bed. We especially loved the pool and pool area. We spent most of our days at the pool just relaxing on the comfortable beds enjoying being surrounded by a lush garden. We had lunch and dinners here. This was some of the best food we’ve had. Everything was fresh from the garden to table. The dinners were incredible and different each of the 4 nights we stayed. Lunch was a fresh salad, fresh bread and water. This was better than any and all options. Staying on the property and not leaving was our motive here. We were treated like VIP guest and the service
