Fantastic! really enjoyed the stay in this fabulous hotel! free wifi & staff polite n helpful! room clean & comfortable to stay on! location good in CBD and near MRT station & walking distance to shopping malls, exhibition hall & antiques market..also easy acess to Tian anmen, wang fu jing street, silk market b=n sanlitun bar street.. restaurant got international & italian cuisines n also got beiking duck in chinese restaurant! super relax in fitness room after aday hardwork in beijing especially the sauna room!

nice hotel with fantastic services! value for money good location in cbd n take mrt faster as beijing city always traffic jam. staff not good at speak english but is ok as long as services good. although no free wifi but is ok i have china simcard. room clean n comforatable, choices of restaurants especially beijing duck super delicious..value for money! strongly recommended to stay next round!

Great location and Great service”
The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a business stay. The proximity to the Subway was ideal for getting around in the heavy Beijing traffic. The restaurants were exceptional and the service was attentive. Every need we had was met with a pleasant and positive response. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hated to leave.

we spend 9 nights in this hotel while visiting our daughter in beijing. hotel ideally located on 3rd ringroad,very easy to access the historical center by taxi or tube. very nice design for both the hotel and rooms. delicious breakfast with all kind of meal propositions : breakfast is rather expensive if not included in the room rate. perfect services, personal is always ready to help. nice swimming pool and sauna. we recommand this hotel

The staff are the best”
The hotel is great, but the highlight is the staff. Even with the English barrier they are all willing to help and they do their best to communicate and serve well. Jason and Simon needs a special thank you here. The first one helped us everyday getting us taxis and communicating with the drivers on our behave; and Simon, was amazing with us when we checked in after 12 hours flight. The hotel breakfast is amazing!!!

Good hotel with friendly staff, very nice comfortable rooms. The area is good with some nice restaurants, only sometimes difficult to get taxi. But that is the only minus. I Certainly will recommend this hotel.

Stylish hotel”
Quite a stylish hotel. helpful staff but service is generally a bit slow - took us 30 mins before the room was ready, and 15mins to wait for a cab... it is also not particularly near to any attractions, but is a 20min cab ride to sanlitun and there's a mall within walking distance if you need to get necessities.

inconvinience but great hotel inside”
The staff are great, not easy to move around from ground as lobby and checking in is on 4th floor. One of the staff Sally is very helpful. Walking around is difficult as you have to go big merry go round to find the entrance and another roundabout to get into the elevator. Overall it is a nice hotel but need sometimes to orientate and familiar to the building. Quite expensive and room coffee taste terrible you will not stink it after one mouth

Breakfast was great with a juice bar and good selection of western and chinese options. The first morning we were running a marathon so left the hotel too early for breakfast however the staff said they would provide a packaged breakfast which never materialized nor was an explanation given for why it wasn't delivered.

Very good hotel, little glitch”
The place is really nice, located in a central area and with a great Sauna. We have had a problem with the reservation as for some reason one room was "lost" and despite we paid on Agoda we were charged a second time before leaving. Since we were in a hurry we had to pay, Agoda is now investigating the issue (very quick and efficient reply from the site), so we hope to get the money back. The staff at that time did not speak good English so our attempt of explaining were rather useless..
