Everything good except breakfast”

Perfect location nice big bathroom. New and clean room. Rooftop swimming pool with nice view of the river. Only bad thing was breakfast limited option and all the staff hiding in the kitchen behind “staff only” sign but everyone have to go into the kitchen to order for food.

Rooftop pool a significant asset, great views over the river. Presumably when tourists come back bar service at the pool will be restored. Location near night market with dozens of restaurants in walking distance.

A pretty good, clean and new hotel that is centrally located close to Night Market and plenty of restaurants etc. Breakfast is quite weak unfortunately so next time I would likely opt out and eat in any nearby F&B places. There is a pool on top that is an added plus if that is something that some would like to use. Currently I think it is not used much, but that could change if there were more lounge chairs, tables and good promotions going on.

I stayed there fr 2 nights. The aircond i was staying was not cold at all, so i asked the staff to move to another room. Then, the receptionist was not always around, so pretty hard to find them. Also, the breakfast is terrible. They served a hard bread (like it's been there for so long), the buffee were dry and not good at all. The good things is room is okay, has rooftoop and pool, enable you to see the city.

Positives : very convenient location to all attractions Negatives : check in must be strictly at 2:00pm , strictly only one key card given , hotel room with mosquitoes , loose wall sockets in bathroom , dusty floor , front desk poor English conversant, red table cloth at breakfast table with food stain but not cleaned . Recommend to book transport to airport by yourself for better fare .

Satisfactory Hotel in a great location”

After spending nearly 4 weeks around Cambodia and Laos we finished our holiday at the Aaron Vientiane Hotel. Pros - Location, Hot Water,Good fit out by South East Asian Standards (SEA) Cons - Noisy tour groups waking others, elevator ding is loud and disruptive at night (yes it is) , front office employees lacked customer centred approach. Whilst the hotel itself is nice the experience there was substandard. Breakfasts were woeful and not nearly on par with other 3 star and 4 star hotels in SEA. The pool area is stale and uninviting. I would strongly recommend focusing on building some character and atmosphere around the pool area. Pool needs heating so that it is swimmable (weather whilst we were there ranged from 26-29 dgrees c). Finally the front office staff lacked a customer centred focus. Would I recommend the hotel? Facilities themselves are good and its not the worst that I have stayed at. But there are many better boutique hotels out there.

The hotel had large rooms and very quite the town.ie not much traffic but food wise it is more expensive when compared to Thailand or Vietnam. If you are looking for peace and quiet then Vientiane is the place to go.

Great location a new hotel ,but except the reception all the rest of the personnel are not qualify no leadership ,dirty, breakfast everything cold and badly presented always the same choice for 7 days cleanliness is simply don’t exist ,pool no towel chair are never replace leftover from food and cigarette ashtray full over pool loaded whit chlorine The personnel try but no manager so they do what they know best,,,,there always on there phone But this hotel a great potential ,but I will not return very bad experience the room are big ,mattress are good but not a big effort for cleaning So sad

The room that we got has surpassed my expectation. Although we did not get the room we requested - with 2 separate beds - we got a king size bed in a suite room with the view of the lake in the verandah! Only complaint we had - the main door has no key to lock the door. Valuables should be kept in the bedroom which has a key card lock and living room is mainly for entertainment. The staff at the reception who is a newbie did not know this. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel even only for a night. It is very close to the night market and places to eat. It is real value for money!

Pro - the bed is really comfortable and the location is good Cons - the breakfast is bad, the whole room only has one rubbish dump, the air-con is leaking, the hot water shower is not functioning. The hotel even gave us a faulty safety box, when we asked for help, the baldy guy blamed us for entering wrong password. We arranged tuk tuk to airport through the hotel the night before we flying off, however, the tuk tuk didn't turn up on time and the staff had to call the taxi driver last min, imagine if we are late .

Die Lage sehr gut, vieles zum Unternehmen, essen und einkaufen zu Fuss erreichbar. Dachpool und kleines Gym ausreichend. Sauberkeit für laotische Verhältnisse Recht gut. Einrichtung sehr angemessen für ein 4Sternehotel. Beim Personal gibt es gute (Rezeption, Zimmerservice) und weniger (Frühstück, bar) motivierte Mitarbeiterinnen. Da wir auf einer hohen Etage mit Blick auf den Mekong gewohnt haben, bleibt als Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert! Wenn man dann noch Glück hat ein Angebot bei z.b. Agoda zu erhalten, ansonsten Zimmerpreis 250.000kip, ist Zufriedenheit angesagt, auch wenn zu Coronazeiten das Frühstück nicht besonders ist.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut am Mekongufer, nur ein paar Schritte zum Nightmarket. Grundsätzlich sehr schönes Hotel, jedoch sehr schmutzig überall!

Propre, moderne et assez luxueux ”

Chambres spacieuses, propres et joliment décorées. Répond aux standards occidentaux, ce qui est assez rare en Asie du Sud-Est. Hôtel très bien situé à mon goût. Équipe gentille et serviable à l'accueil, rien à redire. Seul bémol, l'isolation phonique. Mais c'est comme ça partout dans la région.
