Hotel is okay, delicious breakfast with many style of foods. I went to check in on 28th, Feb. in the evening and I met a very nice and useful staff. He helped my and my family everything. If I have a chance to visit Vientiane again, I will choose this hotel for sure.

Location is good if you prefer to be close to the Thai consulate, which was the case for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, comfortable and the TV has tons of channels. Really the only downside was the water pressure of the shower. It's basically relying on gravity to get the water out. That's probably not something the hotel can do anything about, it's due to the general infrastructure. Been to a few hotels in Laos, this one is top of my list now!

Fantastic”

This was a pleasant place to stay and they are really making an effort. It is perhaps a little out of town but many places are within easy walking distance. There is a good shop nearby and restaurants too. Well worth the stay.

Acceptabil”

Staff were very friendly and helpful. In the room you could hear the guests talk outside very clear and loudly. The toilet was so small and TV didn’t work. Staff changed the room for us but the fridge did not work in this room. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Steer clear ”

Lost money on this one. Tropical heat peaks at the time of year we tried this. The first room had a bad bathroom plumbing leak. Staff tried very much to please. The second room matched the first with an inadequate underpowered air conditioning unit. We both were melting even with it turned to its best output for twenty minutes. We checked straight out being told no refund. Because it was an Agoda booking. We walked over the road into a more acceptable Hotel immediately.

Good for just visa run ”

The hotel staff especially the reception staff, were amazing. Very helpful. I only stayed here for a visa run. The location is not the best. The room is good for what you pay for and it is clean. But do not expect a soft bed. The wifi is very good. The breakfast was simple, nothing fancy, but good. It was an okay hotel for the price.

Good for overnight stay”

Hotel near the center of town but there nothing much to do in town you shall stay for a night here to enjoy laos nightlife before moving to another place

One of the staff failed to return my balance after I rent a bike at their premise. The rest are ok. The same staff also friendly.

Love this hotel”

I was in Laos for 4 nights doing a visa through the Thai embassy. I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It is conveniently located quite close to the embassy although I did have to use public transport. The hotel was very accommodating in providing transportation to the embassy at a very reasonable rate. The room was very nice. The linen and towels were of high quality and the room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good with an assortment of fresh fruit, and your typical breakfast foods. The management and staff were courteous and professional. I plan on staying here again when I'm in Laos.

The room was much nicer than I was expecting, yet by far what exceeded my expectations was the hotel staff, who were not only incredibly friendly but also more than willing to go out of their way to help me make travel arrangements, offer advice on what to do/where to eat, and in general make sure that I had everything I needed.

Good hotel but bad location for tourists”

I chose this hotel as i was needing to go to the thai embasy so the location suited me well but for a tourist it is far from the river and there is very limited food options. Hotel breakfast was not ready at 7am as shown on the sign and coffee was not drinkable. The room was nice but the bathroom was tiny only 3sqm. Internet worked well and the staff were great. If you do not need to go to the thai embasy then i would choose another hotel close to the riverside like i did on my 2nd day.

Nice and cosy stay”

I had a good stay at Central Boutique Hotel . Friendly staff, clean and cosy room. Do not expect a reach breakfast but the value for money is more than reasonable. Anyway, there are many restaurants around so will be easy to compensate. Thank you for service!

Overall nice hotel”

There was an issue with the booking for some reason and reception had not been notified. But once I showed my confirmation they upgraded my room free of charge since the room I reserved was not available. Everything was clean. Nice shower, decent bed, friendly staff. Then the electricity went out in my room so they gave me a new room, small hassle but no big deal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value for their money.

Tuktuks are expensive in Vientiane and there are many other nicer hotels for leas money in better locations. Staff seemed a bit chagrined over this “1km” false advertising. Same with the fact that my booking said “enjoy 2 complimentary coffee AT the coffee shop”. There is NO coffee shop on site. The receptionist tried to explain this referred to the two sleeves of instant coffee in my room! What a ridiculous claim to describe THIS as “at the coffee shop”! I thought the hotel offered free shuttle aervice to the airport and that breakfast was included with the room price but on this I was mistaken; my fault.

The staff is very fantastic. He is very generous and he helps us in everything. If you go to Vientain, don't forget to stay in this hotel.
