Clean and comfortable room, small swimming pool and gym. breakfast can be improve but not too bad with a few hot item and can order freshly cook eggs from kitchen. Coffee at breakfast was terrible and test like just boil water with coffee grounds,

Most of things is fine till we check out. Unreasonable high charging for an unfair mistake - if they can call it a mistake, informed last minute when we walked out for going to the airport. Will never come again. Be careful with this hotel.

Great”

I have problems with another hotel that was booked earlier and I have found this hotel. It saved a bad vacation. The pool is very nice and clean. Staff are very professional and enthusiastic. I can use motorcycles and bicycles for free. The hotel is in a convenient location to be able to visit tourist places. Another great experience when you sip a cup of coffee in bed and watch the tower of Pattuxay in the morning

Perfect hotel, staff is horrible”

Such a nice hotel, I would have gone back many times for sure, I was really happy there, but when I checked out and asked about my taxi (I asked the staff the day before to call one for me) suddenly I had to use their service, much more expensive than taxi, very bad exchange rates (as I only kept enough Kip for a normal taxi) and even bad rates again to return the difference. It is not even about the few dollars they cheated, it's that they cheated the last minute when there was nothing I could do about it, I had to accept it or miss my flight. That was the part that really frustrated me. I hope the owner/manager will figure out that their staff isn't very honest (mostly the young guy) and does something about it.

Brand new, well done and reasonably priced”

Brand new everything, friendly staff, convenient location, good views from the (large) balcony, comfy bed all at a reasonable price. Also has a nice pool with built in bar on the ground floor and a coffee / bar on the top floor. Coffee / bar outdoor seating has plants, grass and a pond - very nice atmosphere. Also a gym with free weights (dumbells) and cardio machines. Even the desk and chair in the room were comfortable to use for extended durations. Very satisfied with everything here.

This place was great, i loved my room and the staff was very nice. The bed was so comfortable l, it reminded me of home. Once this place gets over its early stages it will be great but the prices will go up. Book now for a good deal.

Reasonable price for long term”

The hotel is located in the surrounding area with many diplomatic agencies. So the security street is very good and clean. Very friendly staff support, everything is fine only the restaurant is not yet active

The room was very big and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant in the hotel is tasty and very reasonably priced.

Nice, but not convenient to the Thai Embassy”

We booked the hotel without fully researching the location in it's relation to the Thai embassy (the reason we were in Vientiane). A taxi from the hotel is 200 Baht (54,200KIP - one-way trip). They do, however, loan a scooter for two hours (or can be rented for 200Baht/day) if it's available at the time you need it (we had to return one scooter for the other because it was not mechanically fit). The hotel is new, so it wasn't surprising that their restaurant wasn't open yet. They do have an Asian breakfast there, but I wouldn't expect it to win any awards. So, for Western breakfasts and other meals of the day, it's take a taxi or one of the two scooters (if one is available). On the good side, the hotel was new and clean and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. In summary: Nice hotel. Just not for everybody.

Acceptabil”

New hotel in Vientiane. Room was nice and clean. I would stay there again. We went to Laos to do visa business with the Thai consulate. This hotel is fairly close to the consulate.

urbanite hotel”

The hotel has a great location. Can be easily moved with taxi and tuk tuk services around the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast and coffee. I will come back here next time
