Non vale manco il poco che costa: è una struttura in stile e d'epoca sovietica che hanno parzialmente ristrutturato male. Il bagno ha perso per due giorni, la colazione è incontentabile quanto il personale alla medesima addetto e la sala destinata... Unica nota positiva un ragazzo gentilissimo in zona reception.

Fine room in Vientaine”

Fine room for visa runs in Vientiane if you want to hang by the pool or go to the gym. Other hotels are closer to the action near the river but don't have the same facilities.

Good value and location ”

The staff here are very kind and helpful. The rooms are large with good AC and very clean. Unfortunately the pool isn’t wonderful and the gym is very poor with no fan let alone air conditioning! Breakfast is good and varied, particularly liked the egg station. All round good for the price you pay.

Value for money”

We arrived and was asked to sit down. In some minutes the man from the desk came to us with some refreshments. Than he returned with the key and told that he upgraded our room to junior suite. The room was clean and , with cleaning everyday. The staff was helpful and smiling all the time. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety, both asian and western. Our group of 4 people was very satisfied and we’ll be back at the hotel Xaysomboun when we go to Laos and Vientiane.

The AC was cold, breakfast was good, and staff was excellent. The rooms and breakfast dining area could use some updating but that is nothing to thwart a decision to stay at this property. The lobby area was nice to lounge in with a fridge full of cold beer Lao.

Nice hotel in Vientiane ”

The hotel is located almost the center of the city and not far from Mekong River, Park, Night Market and Famous Places. It’s just walking around there. And they have a good staffs to serve the guests in good condition with fluent English. Their breakfast is also nice and many items to choose. Anyway I like to stay there again and recommend you also.

Nice stay in centre of Vientian”

The hotel is in centre of Vientian , close to some historical sightseeing The hotel staffs are really friendly and supportive. Plenty of choice for the breakfast. Good service . I will stay here again once coming back to Vientian

Rooms need to be better maintained as far as paint & cracks in walls & regular wear. Wished breakfast had better selections especially since almost everything was made with pork.... please provide a more friendly option such as chicken. Staff was great & very tentative. Also, I wish the elevators had a/c. It’s usually very hot in the elevator and lobby area as well as hallways. Hotel location was good & close to Tala Mall & nearby restaurants. A little further to landmarks & night market bazaar.

Great hospitality, Very comfortable sleep ”

The staff were very welcoming and helpful! It was only a short walk into town and night market. Only a tuk tuk away from all of the attractions. I slept very comfortably. The free breakfast was nice as well!! I would recommend

Quick Stays”

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff are very nice and helpful. The free breakfast selection was good and not crowded. I didn't spend that much time at the pool because it was way too hot. I jump in the pool once, it was nice and clean and I was the only one there...lol. So so hot! Location was just right for me, one block away from the Morning market and about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the riverfront. I would stay here again.

I believe the best hotel in the area”

On this trip, I stayed it five different hotels. This was the only hotel I stay twice. It is by far the most comfortable, best facilities, best breakfast, amazing staff and the pool is awesome. My only complaint is the Internet is a little bit lousy in the rooms. Out of all the hotels, the Internet here was the worse. But, the lobby has excellent Internet. They also have an excellent lobby with a lot of space and comfortable chairs. So I was able to get a lot of work done there as long as I went down to the lobby. The room is Internet was just barely get enough to watch Netflix with some kind of quality.

Great hotel in a good location”

After a really difficult time from arriving at the bus station and suffering a ‘rip off’ Tuk Tuk - we were ‘dumped’ from one of the awful shared TukTuk trucks 2km away from the hotel and told it was ‘up this street’ - Travel tip: ensure these Tuk Tuk drivers drop you to the door if your hotel in Vientiane! Suffice to say we were pretty annoyed and very late when we arrived but the warm reception from the team and the quality of the hotel was enough to get us back in a positive mood. The room was spacious and well appointed and we had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with good range of choice for western and Asian palates. The pool was a welcome feature. All in all we enjoyed our stay and already recommended the hotel to a fellow traveller who enjoyed his stay a few days after we left Definitely worth trying!,

Good standard hotel ”

We had a decent size room - we had requested a double bed when we booked but ended up with a twin room. Comfortable room with a good bathroom and shower. Good quality breakfast with lots of choice for western or Asian tastes. Enjoyed the pool too. Staff were very friendly and arranged a quick laundry service for us which was reasonably priced. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the main restaurants and bar areas

Good value & location ”

Good value and overall hotel stay was pleasant. 15 min walk to Patuxay Park, 10-15 min walk to shopping mall & Vientiane Centre. Good location to explore the attractions around town too. Night Market & Mekong River Food Centre about 30 mins leisurely walk in the evening.

Foarte bun”

An overnight stay on my way to Luang Prabang. Close to bus stops, temples, Patuxay, and That Luang. Get off at A10 on airport shuttle which stops in front of the hotel across the street from Xaysomboun. Clean room. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

An underwhelming experience!”

This is not a boutique hotel! The hotel is old and needs maintaining. We moved rooms 3 times in a 3-day period. We requested a non-smoking room, but were put in a room reeking of smoke. Air-conditioner was broken. Pool stinks of chemicals, and whatever "equipment" is left in the "gym" is broken. Breakfast was decent. Staff were nice.

Highly Recommended”

Good location and very near to the city. Just a few minutes of walk to the Catholic Church. Many choices for breakfast, the room is fine but the only problem are pillows need to be changed. Staffs are very friendly. Overall a nice place to stay.
