Staff were friendly, room was clean and everything worked as you would expect. I could not have asked for anything more. A little bit difficult to find at first tucked up a Hutong but this hotel is a hidden gem that provides excellent value for money. Once yo have explored just a little tthe hotel is just 7 minutes from either of 2 Beijing Metro stations which give easy if crowded access to the whole city

Good value with all the facilities and functions expected from a Best Western hotel. Nice little bar downstairs with WiFi in the lobby area. Close to local restaurants and the Beijing metro - about 7 minutes to a choice of 2 stations on Line 5 - Dengsi and Zhangzizonglu.

I booked at very short notice after being let down at another hotel. Booked it based on price and location and was expecting something a bit rubbish to be honest. Was pleasantly surprised - not an exciting or stylish hotel, certainly - but it was a decent room, clean, good bathroom, lots of hot water, comfortable bed. It's in a good area but down a lane and pretty hard to find on the first attempt. Service was helpful and friendly. There was no atmosphere or cute details that would make it a memorable hotel, but I think for the money it was great value. I've paid twice the price to shiver with cold in a supposedly charming hutong hotel before, I was happier with this one :)

Charming & quiet location, average product”
While this ex Best Western Premier hotel is getting a little tired, the rooms are large and bed comfortable. The location is charming and quiet, but can be a challenge for taxi drivers to find. Big downside is that staff are poorly trained and speak no English. One does not feel welcomed. Room doors slam shut, which can be wearing and problem when your neighbour departs at 5 am in the morning!

Big hotel in dirty dusty tiny alley”
We were shocked by the immediate environmrent. Very dirty and dusty small alley to access the hotel. Sometimes our van could not get in and left us on the main road and had to walk in dust and dirt under a scorching sun to get to the hotel. 2 out ot 3 reception staff could not talk a word of english. Other satff simply could not understand a word of English.

As it is located within the small roads and corners, some taxi drivers are not aware of its location. but, when you get familiarized with the location, it is actually a good place for walks and mingling with the locals.

とんでもなくひどい宿でした。 細い胡通の真ん中に位置していましたが、幸い車一台程度は通れます。我々がフロントのスタッフの方に、予約の内容を確認してもらうためにバウチャーを差し出したが、その意味を分かってもらえず、デポジットや料金の精算等についてマニュアル化されていません。常にお客さんを待たせるうえ、ホテルのマネジャーを始め、スタッフ全員の態度が酷すぎます。 極めて不愉快な滞在でした。

中国ではシャワーの水圧が弱いところが多いが、こちらのホテルは大変快適でした。シャワールームも広くヘッドも固定とハンドルと二つあり自由に使えた。部屋も広くベッドもセミダブルふたつのツインでしたからゆったりとくつろげました。従業員はみな態度が良く、私たちの片言の中国語や英語を理解しようと努力してくれて大変助かりました。 チェックアウトの前日にタクシーの予約をしておいたところ、お願いした時間より余裕を持ってタクシーを呼んでくれていたおかげで時間に余裕ができました。中国では珍しいことと思います。大変信頼のおける従業員たちでした(*^^)v ホテル周辺は昔ながらの中国の様子で、そういうのが好きな方には最高の立地です。近くには小さいが味が良いお店がたくさんあって、次回もまたこのホテルに泊まってそのお店に行きたいです。本当にありがとうございました。

很棒! 物超所值的酒店”
原先以為在胡同裡的酒店，房間會很窄小，但是...一進房間很驚喜的發現 房間大小布置就和酒店提供的圖片一樣!! 不僅有兩張大雙人床，還有一個辦公區域(對商務旅客來說很方便)，和一張沙發，浴室空間也很大，而且是活動式蓮蓬頭(讚!) 空間大，布置的很不錯，液晶電視很大，而且床非常非常的舒服!只是前幾天住到邊間，房間內電話無法使用，美中不足的小缺點。 交通還算便利，但因酒店門口那條路是單行，因此計程車沒辦法開進來，從大馬路走到酒店約5-7分鐘，至東四地鐵站10分鐘內，離B出口最近(但在對面街道裡，不顯眼有點難找)，馬路上林立許多店家，有些小店很值得逛逛。 總而言之是間很棒的飯店，若訂到折扣很高的非常划算!
