Panda Hotel”
Satisfied with the services. Quick checked in (around 10 mins) at 8pm with a friendly staff (it was only him maybe that's because his night shift). He also told me about the area, services and discount if we want to go to Safari the next day. I was booking this room with a note and everything is kindly fulfilled. Room service to book and deliver dinner to our room is also good, the packaging is really safe. Payment method is optional, you can pay with cash or EDC. Things that bothered us as a couple is we're having connecting door and the room wasn't soundproof. I can hear our neighbor's alarm at 4.30am and other guest talked in the hallway. Overall is good and I can't wait to have another staycation at Royal Safari Garden. :)

Hotel with many attractions and activity for young kids”
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. If you have young kids you will like this hotel. They have many attractions and activity you can do with your kids. Like educational animal show, horse riding, animal feeding, flying fox, and you can also explore the birds park and reptile island. Enough to spend your day so you don’t have to find other attractions at other place. Which is great for young children, because it will be less tiring for them as you can always go back to your room to rest. I stayed in giraffe building which is rather new compared to the other building. The room is ok but will be nicer with a few improvement and fix here and there. Overal our stay is very nice and satisfying. Thank you..

Room upgradred ”
I had a late check-in, but I've informed it prior to my arrival. When I got there, the room type I booked was already full but in the system I was still listed as a guest. Fortunately, the Hotel managed to upgrade the room without charging additional fee. I'd recommend this hotel for family with young children, although some facilities were under maintenance when I was there. The breakfast was fine and more spacious than before it was reconstructed. The check-in service was very helpful and satisfactory.

Great hotel for family with young children”
A weekend well spent, this is how we described our last weekend. This hotel facilities are awesome, from just walking around the hotel area, rent a bike, play in water park, ride a horse, elephant, camel.. See many kinds of birds, reptiles, you name it. Thanks to the hotel that has been upgraded the room to suite room and give an interconnecting room when i am arriving at hotel the room service is helpful and the room type giraffe is the best room with good sound proof and cleanliness besides the other type room that i have check in before. please to speed up the pick up time for transportation around hotel using panda / tiger car especially at night or in the morning before check in time, My advice is please hotel give a respond via email or take a note when get a message via phone so all staff have a same answers to the guest especially when guest need special strong request
