The room is nice and comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly. The TV is also Android, so you can play music to avoid boredom and watch videos. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My suggestion. Maybe the room I got yesterday was a bit warm, the AC was set to 18° and I had to use turbo mode for it to be cooler. I hope each AC is checked periodically, thank you very much.

- The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. - The location is quite strategic, easy to go anywhere because it's on a main road, and right at the hotel entrance there is a U-turn, making it easier to head towards Botani or Baranangsiang. - The breakfast is decent, the menu is not too extensive, and the taste is also okay, but it could be improved. - The swimming pool is small, suitable for children; adults can use it, but it feels less spacious. - Cleanliness is maintained. - For drinking water, each hallway provides a gallon, so you just need to fill the pitcher available in the room. - The parking is spacious, and there is also motorcycle parking. Overall, it's a good place to rest after exploring the city of Bogor.
The clean room can accommodate an extra bed. There is a balcony where you can sit in the morning while having coffee or warm tea. Fortunately, you get a view of the village... there are rice fields... you can see people farming and there is a small river flowing.
Hotel is kid-friendly, there is a clean kids club that is tidied up every morning. The food is delicious. Needs improvement: 1) The balcony door is difficult to slide, the floor on the balcony is dirty, and the surrounding area often has fires, so when the balcony door is slightly open, smoke and the smell of burning enter the room. 2) The sink faucet is stuck. 3) The fish pond water is murky.

“Intern Staff with Limited Experience”
There are 2 uncomfortable incidents for us. 1. Intern staff at the Reception area. It is unfortunate that the intern staff were placed at the reception area. When we checked in, we were not accompanied by in-house staff. They did not understand what Hollywood Style meant; I used the intercom from the room but the reception insisted it was a hol-style (whereas it was actually DBL BR). The room we were given also had an AC problem (it wasn't cold). After complaining several times and going through quite a lengthy problem-solving process, we were finally moved to another room. 2. Lack of communication among staff at the same station. Before starting breakfast on the second day (no issues with the first day's breakfast), we ordered eggs at the egg station from staff A. By the time we finished eating, the eggs we ordered were not ready, and the staff had changed to staff B. When I asked staff B where staff A had gone, I was informed that staff A was in the kitchen making waffle batter. I inquired about my order, and staff B also did not know what it was. How could there be a staff change, but the customer's order was not communicated well to the replacement staff? Aside from the two incidents mentioned above, Nice Hotel, affordable, spacious room, helpful and friendly hoteliers.
