"We had a problem with the booking but it was resolved by the staff. However, the way it was handled at first was not good coz they said another person was booked in the same room too and they prioritize those who paid thru agoda. they wanted us to transfer to a different room and pay additional but we didnt agree. Lesson learned for them, they should coordinate with agoda and not give all the hassle to the guests. They serve very good food. We were not able to swim though coz of the very strong current and waves. But over all stay was great! "
