Sanlitun Xin Xiang Ya Yuan apartment is a great place and worth the value of money and I highly recommend to stay at this place. This place is in a central location and the rooms are clean and the service is good. Moreover, the staffs at the reception were very helpful and wee truly kind and their service was fantastic. They helped us a lot and they were very warm, kind and welcoming to us. I recommend this place to everyone.

Room is so big, it’s an apartment, have all your basic needs. Staff are very accommodating. Highly recommended. Agoda need to update it’s location, because Agoda has the wrong location and we had to walk back another 1.5km with 4 people and 6 luggages!

This is ok. Room is good size and price is reasonable. Be prepared for a walk around...! I lived in the area for 10 years and although the mall is easy to find the reception is not. Basically it at the back and go up to the 6th floor to check in. Not worth the trouble if you prefer the simple hotel check in. Overall all a basic no frills apartment with Chinese TV channels. Location is however consider excellent so if you can overlook the hassle and inconvenience then go for it. Hardened old Chinese hands used to in China will not be concerned, just part and parcel. Others will not be so happy and probably be better paying a little more for a better experience.

Located between 2 subway stations. Only one stop from the airport express. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff when you use Google translate 😁. Every thing you need really. Not cheap but this is Beijing....

Room was huge. The owner/staff was very nice since we were from Guangzhou for more than a week the staff helped us wash our dirty clothes when we went out for the day and also hang them! Dishes were provided, all the basic needs were provided. Staff was very commutative and easy to reached via wechat. I would recommend to stay here. The down side when we were staying here the air cond was not working yet since it was a new building and not so many people knows the location yet, Agoda location was misleading!

Although it claims itself to be service apartment, there was no service at all during the stay. The place was very well located near Sanlitun, but it was almost impossible to find the entrance even after several calls of inquiries. The one and only 'receptionist' was not friendly nor helpful. The room was not clean and there were suspicious stains on the towels as well as the sheets. It was quite noisy during the night, and I hardly slept at all. I'd never recommend this place nor come back again...

Like in the title, Location Difficult to find if you're not local - This apartment entrance stay on the right side of the building in Block 3. But when you arrive in the font, there's no instruction notice where you have to go, it takes me 15-20min to find the way in. For more information - You need to register with local police for Staying temporarily & Police station is pretty far way from the apartment

This was our second time staying here this month as we were traveling through. Room was smaller than last time and so was the washing machine (which, for us was it's main feature) But the staff were still very friendly (if you use Google translate, as they don't speak English) and there is a mall in the building which is useful

Although it is in yongli building, I had hard time to a) find it on the map (the app was pointing me to a wrong location) and b) to find unit 2 which on the right hand side of the building. After that, everything was ok..

房間設施老舊, wifi很慢”
大樓老舊, 防煙門把手都是壞的, 房間設施也老舊, 幸好還算是清潔, 枕頭太扁平, 衣櫃裡只有一個備用枕頭, 沐浴露沒有, 反而有2瓶洗髮露, 浴巾也穿了幾個洞, 看著很舊的樣子... 大樓有保安, 進入大門要拍卡, 但是很多人也等有人出來再跟著進去, 保安完全不留意! 由於是商務工幹, 網速很注重, wifi很慢, 有時候還收不到... 很煩惱! 房間隔音不好, 不知道附近是否有KTV, 一直聽到有音樂和打鼓! 樓下是個商埸, 有食店和便利店, 但離地鐵站很遠, 大概15分鐘腳程!

地點很難找因爲附近太多分店，所以記住是工體店哦。我們找錯了，分店的員工幫我們叫車還確保司機找對路，人真的很好。 房間清潔 The location is confusing as there are so many stores nearby, therefore u must confirm the address is at "gong ti dien" The staff was so kind, she helped us to find a taxi as we went to the wrong place. The room is clean
