It’s a worthy hotel with such a cheap price, based on its excellent convenient location and it’s cleanliness. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our family, including my 72 years old father love the front yard areas of the hotel with few tables & chairs, which we enjoyed our family precious time, sitting and chitchatting there with the cold weather 🥰

LOCATION - Nothing beats the location. Hotel is beside the Laojie subway station and right in the middle of Dongmen Shopping Street. FACILITIES - Facilities and amenities are good. Value for money. BUFFET BREAKFAST- not much to expect but the price is just reasonable for the room paid. RECEPTIONIST - friendly and kind but not able to communicate in English CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCESS - overall, the process is smooth Will definitely come back here again when we are in Shenzhen.

This hotel is known as "XIN AN" in Mandarin..if you tell taxi driver sunon they will get confuse to the max. If you don't know chinese, then prepare to be confused. English is very very limited in China. This hotel might be one of the oldest hotel in Shenzhen..a very well-known hotel for local people. They seems to have some in-room renovation (including the provided amenities) in a period of time. #Room is average in size #Perfect location, in front of MRT station and center of Dongmen Shopping Street. Lots of food and shops are all around. #Breakfast is so-so, no much choice. Breakfast area looks outdated. Thing that surprised me most is : Why should there have an in-room condom for sale??! I never stayed in a hotel that have such kind of thing in room, so i was a bit shocked. This might make the image of the hotel becomes negative for most tourists. Think positive ~to prevent unwanted case happen for non-married couples. Think negative ~bad hotel image..feels like a motel rather than a 3* hotel.

First of all, the staff was quite nice and also the location was really good to get around and explore the city by foot. However, that is pretty much everything positive that can be mentioned. When we entered the corridor leading to our room we already smelled mould. Entering our room this smell mixed with cold cigarette smoke. As we reserved a non smoking room, we complained and got a new room. However, there was even more mould: on the ceiling, in the AC and the whole bathroom! Moreover, there were rattletraps besides the nightstands...All in all, the bed itself seemed to be clean and the breakfast/service was okay but due to the run-down conditions of the whole room, it was impossible to feel comfortable!

i m here for two reasons. 1. meeting in hong kong. 2. shopping. since hong kong's hotels are expensive and small and i wish to relax myself and shop with my team, hence, i decided to book sunon as it is just 2 station away from luohu station where we transit to hong kong. shenzhen mrt is just steps away from this hotel (lao jie 老街地铁站) and luohu station is just 2 station away. get yourself a shenzhen prepaid mrt card so that you don't have to buy ticket everytime you aboard mrt. beside that, luohu bu xing jie 步行街 is just at the right hand of the hotel where you can get the cheapest goods you need to shop. we spent 2 days just shopping at this area. when you are done and tired with all your shopping, you can drop by a massage centre just at the right from the main entrence of this hotel on the 6th floor. only cny36 per hour but you need to give tips of min cny10. enjoy your stay.

Excellent location with fair services & price”
i stay in sunon hotel for 4 nights, the location is the best selling point as metro line 1 travel direcly fron baoan airport to laojie 老街station with only cny8. the same mrt line 1 goes to luohu罗湖 (hk boarder line)(shop for pharmacy at 20% discount), huaqianglu (赛格电子广场seg plaza for ict goods), window of the world世界之窗, (oct) oversea chinese town华侨城(spendid china锦绣中华), and most importantly, laojie is right at the corner of sunon hotel, here in laojie we get a lot of cheap deals. laojie is also where china 1st mcd & kfc located. next to hotel there is massage centre manage by the same hotel, but i am not used to the compulsary tipping system and feel uncomfortable for the way the ask for tip: "give me my tip now." i will definitely stay at sunon hotel again for the good price & location.

This is my first visit to Sunon Holiday Villa and I must say I was impressed with the Hotel as it was centrally located near Shopping Malls and one block away from the Subway. It was very convenient as I took the Subway from the Airport to the Hotel and it only cost RMB 8 (US$1.30). It took an hour's ride by the Subway but it was a comfortable ride. A taxi ride would have taken about an hour and a half and cost much more. Sunon Holiday Villa is a good hotel and they had clean and nice rooms. Nearby the hotel were many fast food and restaurants as well as Shopping malls. Staff were friendly but had limited spoken English. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Sunon Holiday Villa Hotel and would recommend it to everyone who goes to Shenzhen for shopping as the new shopping mall was quite impressive.

it is my regular hotel that i stay in shenzhen whenever i travel there. no other hotel that i will consider ... sunon hotel is clean & cozy. the staffs are friendly and can even remember me when i return! the room is spacious enough, clean & comfortable. best of all for business travelling, the internet is free. the tv channel will keep you busy and accompanied if you are not planning to go out. the surrounding is superb! the mrt station is just next door. the main shopping area is just right outside the hotel. it is a hotel that you shall not complain at all for the price!

i go there with my sister and my friends, we love stay in sunon holiday vila. the room is not to small for 2 people. the interior is good. all the staf is so helpfull even i think they need to improve their english. but so far the staff try the best even they not really understand what we said about. from all the most perfect is the location. u can go anywhere from there becos the metro station is infront of the hotel. beside that dongmen shopping area is there also. u can shopping till night and dont forget to bargain, cos chinese people really good in sales. walk from hotel not to far has a dongmen pedestrian food, its an alley with people sell all chinese snack food, try the beef noodles its a must! if u tired after go around shenzhen for whole day, try massage your body its just in front of the hotel, and u can get discount bcos u stayed in sunon. but u cant call massage to the room. u also can exchange money in sunon, the rate is same with other money changer. so far its good experiance stay in sunon. not forget the price for the room its so reasonable... love it... we will back stay there if we go to shenzhen again...

Lovely quiet hotel in bustling Shenzhen”
arrived from hong kong by walking over the shenzhen border and taking the subway two stops from luoho to laojie and exiting from exit d (has escalator), u-turn left and turn right on main street. the hotel is on the right very close by. check in and staff eddicient and friendly: room nice and clean. dongmen shopping district is everywhere around you. the hotel has an associated excellent 24 hour massage outlet on the sixth floor just outside the main doors and turn right: prices are less than half what you would pay in hong kong. excellent shopping: good quality shoes will cost anything from 20 to yuan. in shenzhen be careful and aware of pick pockets at all times: with a little care and by leaving your valuables in the hotel safe you should have no problem. i carry a copy of my passport and leave the original in the hotel.

Great Hotel and Great Location”
it is the first time i have stayed at the sunon and i will be coming back for sure. you cannot beat the location whether you´re in shenzhen for shopping (dongmen literally outside the hotel door and lo wu two metro stations away) or business (the metro is 200 meters form the hotel entrance). there are hundreds of dinning options within a 10 block radius with both westren, chinese, japanese and middle eastern options. you can also choose from a fancy restaurant to 1rmb per delicious dumpling. the staff is very helpful and most of them can comunicate in english. the only con is currency exchange as they have a policy of excahnging a maximuim of per room per day, but once again your are so close to banks and currency exchange houses that this is not a problem.
