Cause our flight have been cancelled ,I cant go the hotel on time.I resrved the room two night from Oct 3th to 5th but due to the flight-cancel we can only arrive in BJ on Oct 4th as soon as possible. At the early of oct 3th (the time i knew my flight had been cancelled) I called the hotel right now to tell them my situation that I cant check in on Oct 3th and asked them whether i can get my money(booking fee on oct 3th) back if I check in on oct 4th.They promised me that i can get my first-night money back. But when I checked in on oct4th I wanted to get my money back.The stuff in the hotel rejected to give my money back. I felt angry and upset only because the hotel lose their word.
