Great choice for those with small children”
This hotel is a great choice if you are travelling with small children. The service is very friendly and family oriented. Be sure to book a room on the family floor! You will get assigned an electric toy car your child can ride in. There is also a kids lounge, an outdoor play area and a library - all easily accessible from the family floor. The indoor pool is also great when the weather is cold out. The hotel is located in Luna Plaza which means that there are a lot of food options in the same building.

No need to worry about accommodation, food, clothing, transportation, and entertainment when staying at the hotel.”
Stayed for three days and two nights during the New Year's holiday. Overall, it was a good experience with decent value for money. The newly built 7th floor was impressive. The only downside was that there were not enough bottles of water in the room. It would be better to have a water dispenser on each floor. As for the car rental service, it would be more convenient if guests could register for rental on the day of check-in instead of having to wait until the next day. The breakfast options have been reduced, and some items are no longer provided. For example, the jam used to come in small imported cans, but now it is served in bulk and guests have to wait in line to use it. It used to be more time-saving when each guest could take a small can and apply it at their table. It would be great if they could provide yogurt in larger bowls with additional toppings for guests to add. Some shops on the 1st to 4th floors of the shopping mall offer a 5% discount for hotel guests, while others do not. It would be better to have a meeting to discuss this benefit for both the department store and hotel guests, so that there is no confusion. The spa service at Mulan Spa is too expensive, even with a discount of $1200 for hotel guests, the price of 3970 yuan for a two-hour session plus a 10% service charge is still high. With that price, you can find a five-star rated spa in Yilan Jiaoxi and use it twice. These are my experiences from staying for three days and two nights during the New Year's holiday in 2018 and 2020. I hope that if I have the opportunity to come again next year, these suggestions can be taken into consideration. Thank you. P.S. On the first day of my two-night stay, there was a L'Occitane soap in the bathroom, but it was not replenished on the second day. It would be better if the hotel can provide these small amenities consistently. Since it was the first day of the Lunar New Year, I also left a red envelope to thank the housekeeping staff. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel for reading my feedback on this three-day, two-night stay. I also want to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff for their hard work during the Lunar New Year. Wishing you all a healthy and prosperous 2020.

Clean and tidy. Staff are kind and helpful. Kids have a lot of fun, even me. Playground, electric carts, PS 4 car racing, warm water swimming pool, spa and free tickets for movies in cinema. Great hotel for young kids. Hotel is expensive but my kids like it a lot. Recommended to get fantasy castle room so that the kids can drive the cars around the corridor. You can basically stay the whole day in hotel to use their facilities.

Best hotel for kids in Taiwan!”
Staffs were well trained with all types of situations possibly happened with family traveling with kids. There were several programs specifically arranged for young kids, such as treasure hunting and hide-and-seek in the shopping mall. So much fun for the kids! The restaurant for the famous cherry duck was very impressive! I personally enjoyed the spa very much and wished the spa has a branch in my city. It was that good! The breakfast buffet was pretty awesome also, with fresh made juice and many Yilan special delicacies. Definitely recommended for families with kids under 7!
