The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. It's not in front of the beach but distance is okay. The Pandaquitbeach is wide and long so you won't have a hard time finding your own space to swim. The room is nice and comfortable. Thank you Sir William's Cottage and beach resort.

    Not good service”

Each staff has different fees to collect. No videoke, electricity fees, they are all having charges. They all have over bills, renting videoke for Php1,500.00 where in fact we rented videoke for Php800.00 only. ASnd they will charge you for Php500.00 for electricity, if you carry other appliances they will also charge you each for that which is insane! What is the use of booking fee if this is not included! All no efforts from the staff doesn't even care to fix the videoke when it is down and we have to contact the owner. It is better to have the other accommodation besides them with swimming pools. The cottage in the beach from has free electricity for Php500.00 only which is better that them.

I can’t say our stay was worth it. ”

The staffs and owners are nice people, but our visit isn’t worth the price we paid. First, the property isn’t beach front. Second, considering they charge is per room for the 2,950, we were expecting atleast to have toiletries since this rate is bit high considering the place. I do frequent bookings from Agoda and Airbnb so in comprison, it equals Makati rates like the Gramercy residences and Knightsbridge, nice units, with toiletries and clean linens. Well, about the linen, you wouldn't even want to use them as they are washed but you could see the marks of residues😔 Im really sorry about writing a negative review but i hope this will call the attention of the property management. People going on holidays would want value for their hard earned money, so please provide the necessary.

Worst accommodation and no customer service oriented staff”

The location - street too narrow. No toiletries n towels included and no email to notify . The facilities- broken aircon , no flush on toilets- Insist on getting ( boat) with them even they don’t have at the moment. You have to wait based on their time not on the time availability of the guests. Always to their advantage- not considering the customers . I suggest you make an ocular. I have using agoda but instead of staying for another night which is paid already . Just left the area and looked for another place to stay for another night which we found with a price much less than the great accommodation.

Pleasant stay. People at the resort are nice. ”

May not be beach front but very close to the shore. Management is very considerate and treated us very nicely as guests. Staff are also nice. John, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating

I knew that when I booked rooms for about 50 people (mostly families and very few friends), I was not booking with a 5-star resort/hotel so I did not expect or look for bells and whistles. I was so glad I found this resort which accommodated a big group like mine. We checked in early and they rushed to get last room (mine) ready for my family. We enjoyed the visit to the Capones Island that we had to go back to the island the following day but I was afraid that we'd go beyond check out time and would have a problem. John, the manager, was very considerate to allow us to extend a few more hours without a fee so we could enjoy the place and still have time to change. The fact that they could arrange for boat rides also helped so I did not have to worry looking for these on my own. We were at the second and third level and the breeze of air was really good during our summer visit. We brought our own cooked food so we did not need food from the resort. The space for dining was large enough to accommodate my group. I May not have seen the other resorts in the area but I will not hesitate going back there if I have to visit San Antonio beaches again. For the location, space, very nice staff and management, I would say the stay is worth every penny. May not be a luxury resort as others may want but the price is not also luxurious anyway. Regarding the beach, I love the fact that it is not highly commercialized nor crowded...that's what city people try to escape from most of the time...so you could relax and enjoy. I would like to thank the staff and management for the very pleasant stay that completed the great memories of our vacation in the Philippines.

near the beach, arranges island hopping tours, warm hosts

The hotel was simple but quite comfortable. Rates were higher than some of the other resorts but for the service and hospitability of the owners and staff I didn't feel shortchanged. Packages are also available for large groups including transportation from Manila which seems like a very good bargain. We suggest however, that the management could provide small toiletries (soap and toilet paper) or towels for use of the guests. Otherwise, we had a great time during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful sights of Pundaquit.

The staff (including the hotel owner himself) were very friendly and accomodating, the location was good as it was near the beach, and the room sizes were ok for my group

At first the staff seemed surprised that I had booked online, but there weren't any complications and I got the rooms immediately. There wasn't much food but it was ok because we brought our own. The hotel's budget room for 6 was good for our group of 8. While the hotel may not be so classy, it was comfortable enough to sleep in after a long day out at the coves and islands.

The staff (including the hotel owner himself) were very friendly and accomodating, the location was good as it was near the beach, and the room was ok

At first, we were confused because they were not informed that I had booked online. They quickly gave me a Standard Quadriple. The bed might be high class, but it was comfortable enough to sleep in, especially with the aircon on. The TV didn't work, though. The bathroom is a simple cube with a toilet, two faucets and a "balde" which we Filipinos are used to. It wasn't too bad. Just let it ventilate after doing some business.

I went here together with my friends (group of 10). Place is near the ocean. Value wise, you get what you paid for. Fly is everywhere and is very annoying. Restrooms are so-so. We tried the shower area, but my shirt turned orange because the water is too rusty. Overall stay is okay.

I wanted to come early so we can have an island hopping right away but I was skeptic coz they said we will just stay in a lobby (which looks like a flea market and lots of flies in the area) if we will do that and all rooms are occupied (which I doubt). They didn't even bother to tell me that they are not in a beachfront even i asked them if they have a beach cottage where we can stay while waiting for our check-in time. Staff are smoking anywhere.
