Hoteli in bivališča v mestu Hsinchu

The hotel is located on the mountain, right across from a convenience store. There is a park across from the main entrance where you can play on the slide and dig in the sand, and beside it, there's delicious mulberry ice from a farm. The overall facilities are a bit outdated, and the rooms are not bright, but the accompanying services, as well as the pool and children's playground, are really perfect for bringing little kids (we have one under two). You can easily spend a whole day playing without leaving the hotel.

The staff was kind, the facilities were excellent, there was a laundry room, and the spa amenities were really good. I didn't hear much noise from the next room. The breakfast was especially nice. The yogurt and chocolate bread were really delicious. The location was great since I had many things to do at Yangming University. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't a big supermarket nearby. It's perfect for family visits.

The staff was very kind and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you. There is one washing machine and one dryer available. It was a cold season, but the room temperature was managed, and I couldn't control it with the remote in each room, so it was quite cold and difficult. This time, it was at a discounted price. It was good that breakfast was included.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during my first visit to Hsinchu. Since it was raining, I spent a lot of time in the hotel, but the beautiful room was well cleaned, allowing me to relax comfortably. Additionally, during check-in, the male staff at the front desk assisted me politely in Japanese. Although I didn't see many Japanese tourists in Hsinchu, it was a pleasant surprise to be able to communicate in Japanese. I also forgot my umbrella and went out to the lobby, realizing as I looked up at the sky that it was raining. Just as I was about to go back to get it, a staff member offered me an umbrella, which further left a strong positive impression. Since it was a sturdy umbrella, it gave me much more reassurance than my own foldable one. The cleaning staff also greeted me with a smile and said "Hello!" I felt that the hotel was overflowing with hospitality. In terms of location, it is a bit inconvenient as it requires a short walk from Hsinchu Station, but the quality of service more than makes up for it. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Hsinchu.

The location is great, very close to the train station and the City God Temple. The hotel has family-friendly facilities divided into areas for small babies and older babies, and my one-year-old had a lot of fun playing. The cost-performance ratio is very high, and my baby even swam! The breakfast was also very generous. The basic room was extremely comfortable! It was a wonderful experience, and traveling with a small baby allowed us to rest, which made us very happy!

The staff was pleasant and responsive to various requests for children's supplies. The prior emails were quick, and during our stay, they kindly assisted us in Japanese, which was great. We felt safe staying with small children. It was convenient that bottled drinking water was prepared in the room, and I thought it was very characteristic of Taiwan that a water dispenser with temperature selection was provided. For breakfast, they prepared allergen-free meals for my child's allergies every morning, which made us very happy. The pool was free to use, and I was surprised to find a playroom as well. However, it was also paid for guests, and we did not use it this time. Overall, the place felt very clean and was a very pleasant environment, making for a comfortable stay, so I would definitely like to stay again.

The location is somewhat distant from Zhubei Central Station, but it is very close to the Zhubei local station. The condition of the accommodation is quite clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The staff were also friendly, and they responded well to inquiries or additional requests, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would like to visit again on my next business trip.

You can see animals from the lobby and the rooms. It seemed rare to see animals early in the morning or at night, and the children were very happy. We stayed during the Spring Festival, but the room was very cold. It felt even colder since there were no slippers. Since there are no slippers or bathrobes, you need to bring your own. Additionally, since there are animals, the smell is a concern. You get used to it after a while, though… The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious. There were many dishes, so everyone could choose what they liked. However, it was also very cold here since there was no heating. The indoor athletic area was available for free, and the kids loved it. They seemed to have a lot of fun. Lukuf Village is also within walking distance, making it easy for families with children.

This is my second stay. The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the spacious guest rooms, where the king-sized bed looks small. I found the pillows too high for me, and I woke up in the middle of the night, but I found another pillow in the closet and switched it out. I slept soundly after that. The breakfast smoothies and salads made with local vegetables were delicious. It takes about 15 minutes from Hsinchu Station, but I think it has a convenient location close to the Hsinchu City Chenghuang Temple.

The overall feeling in the room is quite nice, and the space is very large. I was originally hoping to see the fireworks from the city hall, but it's a bit unfortunate I couldn't from my direction. However, I was still very happy to see some scattered fireworks. The bathroom is very clean, with no odors, and it has a dry and wet separation. There are plenty of towels provided, making it very comfortable to use. The only concern is that the shower drain is a bit slow; if the water flow from the showerhead is too strong, there will be a little flooding. However, after turning off the showerhead, the accumulated water drains normally and does not affect usage.

The hotel facilities are somewhat old, but the rooms are properly cleaned and maintained, the hot water is warm, and above all, the staff's response was very kind. Breakfast is also provided for free, and it is a 5-minute walk from Hsinchu Station. The location is great for enjoying sightseeing. I highly recommend it.

This time, the experience of staying with the children was very good. The room was clean and tidy, and the space planning was very friendly to parents with young children. The staff had a friendly attitude and were able to provide immediate assistance with our needs, which saved us a lot of worries. The surrounding area had convenient transportation, which is a big plus for family travel. If we come here to travel again next time, we would be willing to choose to stay here again!

There was staff who could speak Japanese. I was very relieved that I could park my bicycle indoors, where people usually don't pass. There were three free washing machines available, and there was detergent as well. The dining area was conveniently located nearby. The room was also clean and spacious. It would have been perfect if there had been an outlet by the bedside.

The hotel is nice, very clean, and very comfortable... next time I go on vacation to the Shincu area, I will definitely stay at this hotel again and I will recommend it to all my friends to stay at this hotel if they are on vacation in Shincu.

The hotel is about a 3 to 4-minute walk from Hsinchu Station... it's a very convenient location. The tourist spots in Hsinchu, such as the Hsinchu City God Temple and the Zhukuan City Gate, are also well within walking distance. It is an 8-story building with a sleek exterior. The interior is also neat and has a sense of cleanliness. There is a slight touch of luxury as well. The front desk staff were all courteous and pleasant. It was also appreciated that there were staff who could speak Japanese. I was shown to a twin room on the 8th floor. It was spacious enough for two people. It was quiet and comfortable. Additionally, shoes are to be removed at the entrance, which was a nice touch. The breakfast area is on the first floor and has a casual atmosphere like that of a family restaurant. It was a buffet style with a variety of dishes mainly featuring Chinese and Western cuisine. I chose this hotel for its location, but the comfort was also good. I recommend it for both tourists and business travelers.

It was a cheap plan for check-in after 7 PM, but I was allowed to check in at 4 PM. Many of the staff speak Japanese, and there is a wide variety of breakfast options, with a convenience store nearby. The room is spacious and has a bathtub. The station and various tourist attractions are within walking distance.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is outstanding. I was able to see the station building of Hsinchu Station, which is also a cultural heritage site, at night, and it was convenient for catching the first train the next morning. There was a water server in the room, and it was nice to have instant coffee available. The cost performance was also very good.

This is a typical love hotel in Taiwan. As mentioned in the reviews, it is old, but I think it maintains a sense of cleanliness. There is also a bathtub. The simple vegetarian Chinese breakfast was also delicious. The location is convenient as there are restaurants and shopping places within a short walk. I think it’s acceptable if you approach it as a budget accommodation.

Very nice location with good access to the surrounding nature and hiking areas. It caters to families with small children and it can get noisy and crowded in the restaurant. The staff does their best to make up for the dated facilities.

The facilities are great, everything is very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable and makes our stay really enjoyable. The location is also very strategic and conveniently close to Hsinchu Station, which makes it very easy to get around. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Sometimes we even get little bonuses, which is always a nice surprise. Hopefully, we can get more bonuses like that in the future. 😄 Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Not bad for the price. Large room, large bed and large bathroom. Includes a simple breakfast from the breakfast shop next door.

The property offers excellent value of money, with a clean environment and friendly staff that go above and beyond. Facilities are hoo and the bathroom was particularly impressive. Parking is convenient, and the location provides easy transportation options, making it great for exploring the area.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and the highlight was definitely the luxurious bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were warm and attentive, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and class!

This property offers a fantastic location with easy access to shopping and transport, making it highly walkable. The rooms are spacious and spotless, complemented by attentive staff and well-maintained facilities. Overall, it provides great value for money and a comfortable experience without any noticeable downsides.

Great value for the price, and the facilities were well maintained. I'll definitely be staying here again on future trips.

The quality of the meals is extremely local to Taiwan for the price. However, the good thing is that it is a residence type, so if a family or a group stays for a long time, simple cooking is possible in the room with appliances like a microwave.

The staff are mostly able to speak Japanese, which is helpful. Having a bathtub is also helpful, but depending on the room, there are plastic bathtubs and concrete bathtubs, and it seems they're not cleaned regularly. The concrete bathtub is slippery and feels unpleasant. The bed is king-sized and the room is more than adequate, but in similar-sized rooms with bathtubs, other hotels charge about half the price. I use it for business, but if it were for personal use, the accommodation cost is high. By price alone, it can be considered a luxury hotel. However, the construction and facilities are old, which makes that feel even more pronounced.
