First of all, being directly connected to Haneda Airport's third terminal is really great. With Typhoon No. 25 approaching, my return flight was in jeopardy, so the direct connection allowed me to take the Keikyu to the first terminal with plenty of time to spare when heading to the airport. The hotel itself had wonderful staff who were very courteous. The room was spacious and clean, and the water pressure and air conditioning were just right. The room wasn't dry even without using a humidifier, so my throat didn't hurt. I thought I would definitely make a reservation again the next time I come to Tokyo.

It was close to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to access the airport and other locations. We could comfortably leave our luggage at the Main Tower, and although the Annex Tower required changing elevators once on the 7th floor, there were enough elevators so the wait wasn't too long. As soon as we exited on the 2nd floor, there was a 7-Eleven, which was convenient to use. However, it was inconvenient that there was no microwave in the hotel, so we had to use the convenience store. The lobby was spacious and had many comfortable resting spaces, and it had a pleasant aroma that the kids liked. There were also bed guards and cribs available for children. Check-in and check-out were quick, so there was no inconvenience of long waiting times. The TV was a bit outdated, so we couldn't watch OTT content, and the Wi-Fi occasionally cut off while watching videos, which was somewhat inconvenient. The bathtub drained a little slowly, but it wasn't very uncomfortable to use. Both cold and hot water came out well, which was nice. Some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English, but they were all kind and responsive to requests and questions. The accommodation wasn't very spacious, but the bed was large, which the kids liked. There seemed to be an ice machine on every floor, but the one on our floor happened to be broken, which made it a bit inconvenient to go to the upper floors; however, there were many elevators, so it wasn't a major hassle. Overall, the whole family had a very enjoyable time.

The interior is clean, and there is a bus stop right in front and an underground passage to the station, making it a great location even on rainy days! The staff was also accommodating and took care of my luggage before check-in, allowing me to have a comfortable stay! The amenities are abundant as well.👌´-

It was a new and beautiful hotel. The check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff's response was very good. It was a triple room. The bath and toilet were separate, and in addition to the washbasin, there was another mini kitchen-style sink, which was convenient. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. The location is good, close to the station and shopping center.

I stayed in a triple room, and while it was a bit cramped to open my suitcase, the bed was sufficiently large, the room was clean, and it had a bathtub and an air purifier, so it had everything I needed. There was a luggage storage area in the lobby where I could lock my things with a Suica card, which was convenient for use before check-in and after check-out. It’s a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, and there’s a bus right in front of the hotel that goes to Haneda Airport, which is very convenient. The staff are also friendly. I would consider staying again.

It was next to the national stadium and a very tall building, making it easy to find. The system of being able to store luggage both on the day of stay and the following day was also great. To store luggage and to become a member of APA, it required smartphone operations by scanning a QR code, but the staff kindly taught me how to do it, so I was able to manage it. In the morning, the large public bath opens at 6:00 AM, but I mistakenly went around 5:50 AM and was allowed in. By the time I was getting out, a lot of people had arrived. There were already many people lined up before the breakfast venue opened as well. Since it is a huge hotel, I felt that one must be prepared for that. It was also nice that as an APA member, the checkout time is 11:00 AM. I would like to use it again.

The room is small, but that's typical for Japanese business hotels. The staff are very friendly. There is a bath, which is perfect for relieving work fatigue and wrapping up the day. On the second floor, there is a bathroom and a laundromat, as well as an unmanned convenience store, making it convenient. There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby and two restaurants that are open 24 hours or until dawn, which I mostly use. The subway station is close, and it has good accessibility to other stations while the accommodation itself is quiet, making it nice. I started staying here on a recommendation during my first business trip, and I'm still using the same accommodation up to my fifth trip. The bed and bedding are also soft and nice.

I came alone, but the room is not too small, and the bedding is clean and fluffy, which is nice. The sauna is small but comfortable and good, and the location is really great. There's a park nearby, and it's very convenient to get around. I'm very happy.

I stayed to visit the big site. The distance to the big site was perfect for walking. The staff were friendly, and when I struggled a bit at the check-in kiosk, they came over immediately to assist me. The room was pleasantly spacious, and the amenities were perfectly prepared. The pajamas were comfortable, and having a microwave and a foot massager in the room was a great help for warming food and resting my tired feet. The soundproofing was good, and I was able to rest quietly. It rained and was very windy, so even with the door tightly closed, a bit of cold air came in, but I borrowed a heater from the area in front of the elevator and used it to keep warm. There were a few stains in the sink in the bathroom and the tub was a bit slippery, but the advantages outweighed the minor drawbacks, making it a great place to stay.

Very nice, clean, organized hotel. Hood amenities in the room also with a public bath for guests. My only complaint would be really small rooms where there's practically no space for luggage.

The location requires a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station, but it's nice because there are places to eat and shop nearby. On the way to the accommodation, I often saw cats on the LED screen, and while waiting for the elevator in the lodging, I could see Godzilla's back. It was great to use the large public bath for free every day. When I checked in on the first day, after a little past two in the afternoon, I left my luggage and planned to check in later, but a staff member who could speak Korean kindly helped me check in early, which was the best~🙆🏻‍♂️ The accommodation is small, but considering the price, it was excellent👍🏻 The surrounding area is a hot spot for young Japanese friends, so there was some noise from people drinking all night, which was a downside. There were events, like food trucks and different performances every evening right in front of the hotel, which was nice to see, but the noise from outside was directly audible in the room. There didn't seem to be noise coming from other rooms, possibly due to the noise from outside. I'm not sensitive to noise, so my overall satisfaction was high. If I travel to Tokyo again, I plan to stay here again. I went during Chuseok, and Japan also has holidays, so please take that into consideration when reading this review~~

Searching for accommodation in Tokyo, I discovered the Granbell Hotel, which is ideally located in Shinjuku. The spacious rooms and clean room conditions, along with the amenities (especially the jasmine-scented products that helped relieve travel fatigue) that are replaced daily, and the complimentary beverages made my time in the room very enjoyable each morning and evening. The city view from the high floor assignment was also beautiful! The check-in/check-out process could be done self-service, and various languages, including Korean, were available, making it very easy to use. There are many great restaurants, large supermarkets, and convenience stores in the surrounding area, which resulted in some weight gain from all the trips... but it was still great! I had high expectations for the delicious breakfast, but I was a bit disappointed that almost the same menu was served during the three breakfasts. Nonetheless, it was still an experience where I could feel the unique taste of Japan! I recommend it!

【Good Points】 ● The hotel is directly visible upon exiting the international exhibition center station, making its location very easy to find. ● Check-in is done via a self-check-in machine, but there are staff nearby to assist, which is reassuring. ● There is a free amenity bar right next to the check-in area where guests can help themselves. The variety is abundant, including coffee, tea, cleansing products, lotions, facial cleansers, body sponges, body creams, and relaxation sheets for feet, which was a great help for women. ● There are free lockers near the entrance for convenient luggage storage before and after check-in. ● Especially for checkout, guests can simply drop their room key card in the express checkout box, store their luggage in the lockers, and go out. The lockers are located just inside the entrance, making it quick and easy to retrieve luggage without having to walk deep into the hotel. ● The restrooms are located roughly halfway between the lockers and the front desk, making them easily accessible and very helpful. ● All staff members were friendly, courteous, and greeted us properly, which made for a pleasant experience. ● The rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable. The presence of a humidifier and the ability to adjust the air conditioning were nice features. ● The refrigerator was larger and colder than those typically found in business hotels, which was appreciated. (It is located immediately to the right upon entering the room, so I initially overlooked it while looking around.) ● In addition to the pillows already on the bed, there were two more types available on the shelf right above the refrigerator, allowing guests to choose their preference. ● There are a McDonald's, Cocos, and Daily Yamazaki conveniently attached to the hotel. Particularly, McDonald's and Daily Yamazaki can be accessed from inside the building, which is very helpful. 【Not So Good Points】 ● It would have been more reassuring to have a safe in the room. ● There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. ● The elevator is a bit old and made clunky noises while operating. Additionally, due to its old design, it can stop on any floor and allows access without passing through the front desk, which raises concerns about security if someone knows the layout. (On the flip side, it does allow for a more relaxed experience since guests don't need to swipe a key card each time.) This stay was for a live event at the Garden Theatre, but it took over 15 minutes to walk to the venue, which was further than expected. Overall, it gives the impression of an upgraded business hotel. It was generally convenient and practical. I didn't have time to use the Georgetown Lounge this time, but I would definitely like to try it on my next visit.

While looking for accommodation for my trip to Tokyo, I booked a place that had a good room condition, and it offered some convenient items for rent. The room size was larger compared to other hotels in Japan, so there was enough space even with two open suitcases. If I needed to store them, I could keep them in the wardrobe space next to the door, which didn’t take up extra room! The breakfast wasn’t extensive relative to the price, but everything was delicious, and all the staff were very friendly. Additionally, the best part was that the hotel wasn’t located right in the city center, but there was a Starbucks in the basement, and even if it rained, it was just in front of Shiodome Station, connected by an underground passage, so I could go to the station without getting wet! It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Ginza.

The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. The transportation options were convenient, and the location was good, so I think it's a satisfactory hotel.

I used a triple room to go to USJ. It had two single beds and one double bed, with plenty of space, and the toilet and bath were separate, allowing for a comfortable stay. There were complimentary light snacks, and the service starting at 6:30 was greatly appreciated. There was also a convenience store nearby, and an izakaya, making it very convenient. If the opportunity arises, I would like to use it again.

I visited Japan for the first time. The APA hotel is widely available in the area, and when I couldn't find my way, I went into the closest one, where the staff kindly pulled out a map and pointed out my location, which was really nice. The bath in the accommodation I booked was truly the best, to the point where it could wash away all the fatigue of the day. I am willing to visit again. It wasn't a downside for me, but taller travelers might find the restroom small and uncomfortable to use. However, there is a large restroom in the lobby, and the elevator is always fast and clean, so I had no problems.

It is competitive considering the same price, and especially when there is an itinerary that requires visiting various urban areas in Japan, it is a place I always look for. It's easily accessible from Haneda, and even if you take the Narita Express, you can get off at Shinagawa, which is close to the airport. The lobby is on the 15th floor, so you have to take the elevator, but from the first floor, there is really a nice and comfortable fragrance. The hotel gives a wood-and-white feel from the lobby to the rooms and is very clean, the Wi-Fi works well throughout the building, and there are plenty of outlets where needed. Above all, the larger rooms by 1 to 3 tatami mats compared to the same price are a strong point. This means you can move around without much stress and comfortably lay out your suitcase. The large public bath on the 16th floor is simple but clean, and more than anything, having it or not gives a great sense of relief psychologically while traveling locally. You tend to walk a lot during a trip to Tokyo, and I find myself wanting to soak in the spacious large bathtub. There is also an outdoor bath where you can breathe in the outside air, providing the pleasure of drying off in the wind. Gotanda is only a few minutes to 30 minutes from Shibuya, Ginza, Meguro, Jiyugaoka, Haneda, and Takanawa Gateway. If you ask if it’s ambiguous, not really, and Gotanda itself is a neighborhood I would like to stay in for a day. There are plenty of places like Don Quijote, standing bars with a little alley feel, yakitori, ramen, and gyudon shops. The service is always friendly, and they actively help by asking questions before I even bring anything up, which made it really comfortable for me. I hope it's empty when I go, but if not, I always wish for the best.

It was a very beautiful and clean hotel. I was able to spend my time comfortably, and I think it is a hotel that is easy to use for a wide range of purposes, from business to families, groups, and couples. It's very convenient to go directly from the station to the hotel, making transportation easy. I would like to use it again if there is another opportunity.

It's a hotel located inside Sunshine City, so there is no shortage of shopping and dining options. The rooms are also clean and conveniently equipped with a large desk. The amenities are basic but sufficient, and I didn’t have any issues.

It was a little closer to Okachimachi Station than Ueno Station! However, it's not a significant distance to Ueno Station either. There are restaurants around the hotel that are open late into the night, making it recommended for tourists. The facilities are still relatively new, and the bathroom was clean and tidy! The shower pressure was also fine, and the room cleaning was done properly. The check-in and check-out processes, as well as the handling of luggage after check-out, were smooth. I would like to stay again.

During my stay, I had many appointments and returned only to sleep. It was very quiet. The room was small but clean, and all the amenities were provided! There were also hair combs and hair ties! There was a water server in front of the elevator, making it convenient to access hot water right away. The difficult part was the coin laundry. Since it wasn't available on every floor, it was challenging to use the few machines by looking for available ones. Additionally, they were always in use, so there were often lint and other debris. The reception staff was very helpful. It’s located right in front of Sugamo Station, with many dining options nearby, making it very convenient and highly recommended.

The APA Hotel TKP Nippori Ekimae had an excellent geographical location as its biggest advantage. It was conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Nippori Station, making transportation easy. Although the rooms were somewhat small, as expected of a hotel in central Tokyo, they were not too uncomfortable for two people. The interiors of the rooms were also well-kept and clean, making for a generally satisfying experience. I particularly appreciated the luggage storage service on the last day; the staff were very friendly, allowing me to explore the area without worrying about my luggage after checking out. Above all, being close to the station and the convenience of transportation seems to be the greatest benefit. If you prioritize the location of your accommodation and ease of travel during your trip to Tokyo, I think this is a good choice. If I visit Tokyo again, I would definitely consider this place first when choosing accommodation.

The staff's response was excellent. The room was clean, and they provided me with a thorough explanation since I wasn't familiar with the area. The large public bath on the 21st floor has a jet bath and sauna, and they provide cleansing oil and facial wash, showing great consideration for women. The hairdryer in the changing room of the large bath was of high quality and dried my hair quickly. The location is also fantastic, with Takanawa Gateway right in front. The view from the hotel's observation deck was beautiful. My flight was canceled, and I had to stay for an additional two nights unexpectedly, but I was glad to have stayed at this hotel.

Great hotel to explore Tokyo. The rooms are amazing, perfect for a good night's sleep and to relax after the long days. Location is great to get around, but the best part is the views of Tokyo! (Also, the massage chair is a great addition)

I used this accommodation on a weekday. Location → A 5-minute walk from Suidobashi Station. Check-in, Check-out → Done via a dedicated machine, with staff available, making the process smooth. Room → Almost perfect cleaning and well-equipped amenities, with mineral water service in the refrigerator. The bathtub in the bathroom is a comfortable size. However, this time the view was facing the city, which was a bit disappointing. I feel that the service and the comfort of the room are at a sufficiently high standard to be considered a luxury hotel.

This is my second stay here. I like that it is next to Keisei Ueno Station; just walking out of the station, I see the hotel right away. It's convenient to go anywhere, close to Ueno Park and Ameyoko Market. The staff is friendly, and they allow you to store your luggage on the arrival and departure days, but they don't accept overnight storage. This time I got a room on the 14th floor with a view, the air conditioning is cool, and the bed is comfortable even though the room is small, typical of Japan.
