The room is okay, but the Bathroom door should be more sturdy”

The room is what is advertised. Only good for sleeping, you can't do much inside the room. The bathroom sliding door is my main concern, it won't stay shut! Easy to accidentally open. It's okay for couples but for friends or family staying in the same room, it will be a troublesome.

Best location in Ximending, where shopping, eateries are easily reached, 220m to MRT Station Gate 6. Room is clean. We had our decent buffet breakfast at the other branch abt 500m away. Everything was good except the hanging rack has not been repaired, so it's abit inconvenient Counter staff very polite. U can have some free snacks from lobby area.

Center of Ximending ”

It’s very convenient however for big luggage might be problem Cos need to walk approx 10steps staircase before u reach the lift to the hotel.

Great location ”

Room is quite compact but comfortable. Location is very good, in middle of Ximending. Hotel also provided a free mini bar which is very nice. Hotel offered 2 choice breakfast. KFC next block and buffet at the other branch. We were wrong taking the buffet option which is not advised. Overall we are happy with the hotel and we will definitely come again.

We love the layout of this hotel and among all the hotels we’ve been to in the world, this is the best value for money. Small room but since they layout has been well thought of, it’s still good! The staff didnt know how to speak english so it would be recommended if at least they could. They were very nice though.

Good Location and Good Service. ”

Hotel Staff are good service and helpful. Location is just 5 minutes from Metro Ximen Station Exit 6 and convenience to get food and shops around, there is Family Mart Downstair. Fast Wifi, Shower water pressure good, One thing is you need to carry own luggage to Level 2 to get into the lift. For Breakfast, this hotel do not provide this service, you will have 2 choices 1) KFC, u will get Coupon to choose Combo Meal set, 2 minutes walk OR 2) Buffet Breakfast @ E-house hotel kuming place about 5 minutes walk. Happy staying there! Overall Satisfied.

really love the location which is close to the harbour and nearby many restaurants. 7-11 is also just across the streets. owner is really kind friendly and helpful. she manages the place with 2 daughters and a cute cat. she recommends nearby places to visit and bike rental store. rooms not too big but clean and tidy.

Booked a no window room in this property but they gave us 1 with window (which kinda worried us about noise from outside) but it was surprisingly quiet even if the location is in the middle of ximending area which is 4-5mins walk to/from ximen mrt station. Property is clean and they have maps and free candies, noodles and coffee all day in the lobby. The staffs cant speak much english but are nice and kind specially the lady in the early morning shift. Breakfast has 2 options (kfc or buffet), we chose the buffet (in the other building) and it was actually quite good. Room is small but clean and it has basic toiletries. Never had a problem during our stay!!!

The lady in the front desk was very nice. Breakfast is in the other building but it was good!!! Booked a room without window but they gave us 1 with window. Was worried a bit that we might not be able to sleep coz of the noise (located in busy area) outside but to our surprise it was actually quiet. Overall stay was goooood!!!

Bad smell like someone smoking”

Good location. Room is clean but smell like someone smoke a cigarette when open the air condition. The staff quite OK. They changed me the room after I complained for the smell. And the new room just have less smell...

Room is small still acceptable though but cannot make loud noise. Better to get room with window :) Location is near Ximending very good for shopping and late snacks. Have to carry baggage up and down for 1 level. Only have lift at 2nd floor to reception and room level.

Location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the Metro Station. Room is not as small as the comments, but I chose a room with windows so its view and atmosphere is definitely better. Room was very clean, out of my expectation. One point to debut is that it looks like a hostel rather than a hotel. Yet it is highly recommended if you choose a room with city view.

Location is awesome - but you have to climb to the level 2 in order to get into the lift. cleanliness - i feel there are room for improvement because the hotel looks aging Staff - the receiptionist is very kind and willing to answer all kind of questions facilities - as i said in the location, you have to climb to level 2 in order to get into the lift. imagine you are carrying a luggage with 25kg.

Easy to find stuff near the hotel.The room is tidy and clean with comfortable bed.Is really great location at Ximending.If didn’t done any research when travelling this hotel is recommended to stay since it is really locate at a great location.

best location but bad for luggage and towels”

the room was quiet despite being in the middle of ximending but beware there is a flight of stairs before you get to the lift and it's not a short one. Stayed in the superior room which had a nice view of the shopping street and it was clean and comfortable for its price. wouldn't use any of the toiletries provided (which was expected given the price range), but the one gripe I had was with the towels which were clearly very old, and were rough and scratchy.

Good price with brilliant staff”

Everything was very good comparatively with what we paid. Breakfast was very nice, a couple of choices with good quality. Although most of the staff cannot speak English so well, I could feel their hospitality. The only thing that did not satisfy us was the TV, the signal was intermittent. However, we were very very happy staying there !!!

The hotel is located in the heart of ximending. 2-3mins walk to Ximen station Exit 6. The only thing that should be improve is the location of the elevator going to the hotel lobby. It is on the 2nd flr of the bldg. you need to take the stairs to get there.

Fantastic tiny room with amazing location”

This hotel was really easy to find as it is just down the road from the MRT (ximen). Ximen being just one stop away from the main station makes it very convenient to getting to andfrom the airport. There's a lot of restaurants and shopping right also a really classy bar area. Most stuff seems to close up at midnight or shortly after so I didn't find it was noisy at night or really anytime. The room is quite small but cozy and impeccably clean. Highly recommend if this is your first time in Taipei like it was for us. We had the best time. Oh! And the free breakfast was KFC so you had to leave the hotel but it was a quick walk and I kind of liked the offerings- chicken sandwich with egg and milk tea. Yum.

Location. Location. Location. It is located directly next to ximending station, with lotsa eateries around. The only bad thing is the one level of stairs before hitting the service lift to the rooms. Overall, it is still a good choice to stay.

Everyone thing is Good but the Room Bad smell ”

Overall is very good , but one big major things is Bad smell inside the room. i don't pay for breakfast , so i didn't try the food. 3 Star Good thing 1.Then Bed is very comfort , i stayed few different Taipei hotel this is the best Bed i every had. 2.WIFI is very fast 3.Locaiton is unbreakable 4.Staff is friendly Bad Things 1. Bad Smell inside the room, i guess the bad small from is the bathroom pipes. 2. They only change your Bed sheet 3 days onces , but they will do change tower and clear the bin everyday .
