Amazing Grace”

Stayed for 2 days end October. In what I believe is a blue collar neighborhood, surprised to find a cozy hotel like this one. Hotel occupies the entire 5th floor of a building, with a supermarket downstairs. Once you step in, you feel relaxed - great atmosphere. The moving model trains and other decorations make you feel at home. Courteous staff, room and bathroom spacious and clean. Computers in the lobby for guests' use, next to which they place complimentary snacks and coffee/tea. Great breakfast. Nearby is a subway station under construction so location is going to become convenient. Over all, very satisfied. Eric from Vancouver, Canada

Everything's great. We are all very happy about this hotel and will definitely come back again in the future. There's one thing that you need to be aware of. If you drive, the parking is at diffident floor from weekdays to weekend. Thanks for a lovely journey of memory,Grace Hotel!!!!!

Great hotel with beautiful facility and excellent hospitality ”

I stayed there for 2 weeks. I would say it's long enough to experience every aspect of the hotel. The facility is always kept cleaned and the smell of freshly baked cake wanders in every corner. The facility takes up the entire 5th floor of the building. The building itself looks pretty old from the outside but the hotel seems like recently renovated. Everything looks modern and sleek. I think it stands out from most 3 star hotels in Taipei in term of facility. Staff is helpful and speaks English. The only downside is the distance to the public transportation service like MTR. It took me 18 minutes to get to the nearest station. As a first time traveler, the last thing you want is the idea of starting your sightseeing day with a 20 minutes walk.

Loved Grace Hotel”

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We stayed over New Year's weekend when rates were very high all over the city. Grace Hotel was affordable and turned out to be very comfortable. The room size, bed, bedding, decor, bathroom, and breakfast all surpassed my expectations. The location and distance from MRT are minor negatives. The staff is fantastic-- very helpful and there are several who speak English.

From the outside I though it's just some typical Taipei motel but the hotel is GREAT! the staffs are Friend and helpful. The room is clean and need. The location is not that great, of course it's quite out of the main city. The surrounding area is just a few mini marts, nothing fantastic. Can get boring during nighttime if you want to go out for a stroll...

The hotel is well equipped and very clean. It provides good breakfast with variety too. Quality stuffs are used in rooms. Its location is acceptable althought not situated in shopping district. It is definitely worth the money!

Good service, value for money”

I am happy with everything here except it's not close to MRT, so as an foreigner, I need taxi. My day of leaving was raining, and it's uneasy to get one. However, the hotel staff were so kind that one of them helped to catch on e on the street for me. The lift to hotel lobby, which is on the 5/F, is a bit smelly. It's close to Lok Huah Night Market.

there is a supermkt connected to the hotel, which is convenient. But you have to take transport to the train station, which is not very convenient if u go to sightseeing. 10 mins transport to night mkt. we stayed for two nights. lots of mainland chinese in the 2nd night. one of them knoked my door asking me how to log on the wifi even i had 'do not disturb' on. ..... :(

Friendly staff. Spacious room and convenience location. Breakfast is good and the only thing they need to improve is the wifi which is difficult to connect and very slow at night.

The hotel is clean, spacious and have a hyper mart located under it. The only downside is that it is not near any MRT line.
