Good choise”
Good hotel near the best beach ever.Room size is ok and clean every day.Food has a lot variaty for everyone.I can t decided what s better dinner or breakfast.Local market is also very near.They have a luggage room for late departure,but only shower is missing.Very happy with our stay at this hotel.I hope they will improve their offer because they have a lot of potencial and unused space,even they can improve to allinclusive in a future.Looking forward to be your guest again.
Good place to stay at S'Arenal”
Food is okay, appropriate for 3* hotel. A lot of fruit, they keep the buffet full at all times, have plant milk/lactose free milk available at breakfast. Breakfast menu does not change, while dinner menu was more versitile. The pool is small (never used it), the sourroundings were quiet, but you'rw close to beach promenade, so it's easy to find some fun quickly. Our room was okay, AC worked pretty badly though. Cleanliness is superb, everyday roomkeeping with towell change. No fridge in the room, though. The hotel has baggage storage, which came in handy for us.

Food was good, plenty of choices. Service was very good too. Good location, close to beach, can easily get on bus and go to excursions pick up.
I’ve stayed in worse”
Welcoming hotel with friendly staff, check in was less than 5 minutes, room was average with a large tv and balcony, balcony’s facing the pool get a decent amount of sun in the afternoon as well. It’s just a bit of an effort walking back from the beach up the hill.
Outdated ”
Hotel is quite old and needs a lot of updating. Our experience was not so good. We arrived after midnight and at first we were given double room for three people (booked triple room). Then after we saw that room, they geve us triple room with only to blankets that looked like dead camel skin. After third second trip to reception we got third blanket. Room itself was very humid and smelled badly (chemical cleanig stuff). Room was really cold also and heating system didn't work. So I went again to reception and asked additional blankets. They gave as 2 (asked for three) and receptionist said that it is not cold at all, like we are just wining. Food was okay, watermelond saved the day. After all the hotel did not meet the conditions for a three-star hotel. It is more of a hostel and it should be called like it is in real life.
