Walking in, I was a bit worried. It does remind me of a budget hotel; however, I was quite surprised with how great the room was. Bed is super comfortable, gorgeous bathroom, and lots of amenities provided for free (laundry, afternoon tea, all-day lattes, etc). Breakfast is a bit basic for my liking, but for the price, it was great.

Owing to flight delayed, l arrived to the hotel at 1:40am on 30/12 the male staff was very friendly, patient and considerate. I met him on the following night, his attitude is again genuine. On the last day, l met ms cheung, the manager,again she is warm, approachable. She provide the background and difference of staying in this hotel with the one at Xiamen ding. Will book this hotel again next time.

Location is fair but it has good restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The amenities are good but a bit old. The best thing is the excellent services offered by the hotel.

Simple , Clean and good location”
Stayed 5 days 4 nights. The room is clean but a bit small for 2 pax. I was alone this round so the size is fine. Descent breakfast in the morning, afternoon tea with simple snack from 2-4pm. Location is rather central, easy to move around. The MRT station is about 10 mins walk for 2 separate stations. Overall, pleasant stay is good!😀

What a good surprise ! We struggled to find this gem in Taipei because other hotels there usually have tiny rooms or transparent bathrooms or no windows. Just Sleep Linsen is a modern-looking place, very cosy and definitely with a human touch in the numerous services provided but also the answers to our requests. You can choose the type of pillow, borrow a phone, an ipad, use their computers, rest and enjoy snacks in the lounge (their daily happy hour is actually free beers and Coke!). Buffet breakfast is good (with some taiwanese specialties). The laundry can be done for free! Staff spontaneously and faithfully offered help the 2 days our son got a bit sick. Actually, every time I had a request or even just a question, they promptly and efficiently answered it. Very nice people to rely on. The staff we've met there are definitely our highlight during this trip in Taipei! Rooms on the street side are bigger but they were too noisy for us, we had to change after the first night.

The Staffs were friendly, the room was clean and very well. But, the hotel is far from the subway station by walk. For me, it was okay, because I took a taxi to main train station.
