Spacious 4-Bed Dormitory”
Park City Inn & Hostel is quite nicely decorated and comfortable hostel right by Dingxi MRT station. It offers a variety to dorms and rooms to choose from. For my one-night stay I picked a 4-bed mixed dormitory. On entering the room, I noticed how specious and well organised it was with clean bedding linen. Though, it is worth mentioning that you are the one responsible for making up your bed. Each bed comes with a secure locker big enough to put a small suitcase in and hang a few clothes. The hostel has a comfy lounge area and dining area with kitchen. If you want to store food in the fridge, do not forget to apply a sticker with your name and room number. Bathrooms in this hostel are definitely the cleanest I've seen so far. The area is pleasantly laid out to allow convenience of movement. Great design of the showers with a division between the shower and the changing area make it easy to change and keep your clothes dry. This would have been a truly amazing stay if not for the group of extremely noisy kids who checked in after 10pm (10pm till 6am is a quiet time at the hostel), and did not react to mine, and the staff requests of keeping the noise down. I still want to recommend this place for a stay due to it's great location, nice design and good price.

Stayed for 3 nights in an 8-bed female dorm, room 311 bed H to be specific. Location - is okay as it is literally few steps from Dingxi Station, just beside it. In front of a bus station also. There's a lot of stores around and Le Hua Night Market just a few blocks. There's a small market at the back of the station. Hostel is good though there's a lot to be improved. Staffs - are accommodating, however, I hope they provide a brief tour and discuss their rules and regulations. In my case, my keycard and vouchers were just handed over to me and reiterate my check-out time and date. Facilities - there's free coffee (limited to espresso and coffee) and teas (green and oolong). There's water dispenser with cold, warm, and hot options, I hope they clean it religiously as I noticed brownish drink particles, could also be rust as this is unsafe esp to those with sensitive stomach. There's rice always, haven't tried it but I think this is free, which again, was not even mentioned on my check-in. There's a fridge also where u can put your foods, you just have to put a label on it. My bed is just beside a window that cannot be opened but at least I got natural light. Comforter, bedsheet, and pillow are placed in the locker so you'll be the one to fix your bed. CR is okay, around 5 shower rooms with area that u can change clothes without getting it wet and shelf to put your things, T&B although is just 2, there's always available to use, it is also in Japanese bowl. There's sink and dresser area with blower. As the area lacks ventilation as it is enclosed, there's a smell in the room which is mixture of sweat, dirty/used clothes, feet, socks, etc., so I hope they at least put a mild air freshener. There are two vending machines, 1 for drinks and 1 for foods, mostly noodles. Overall okay to stay, you just have to allot additional budget for transpo as it is in New Taipei City and not in Taipei City. Yes, will still consider to stay here when I return. 😊😊😊

I had a fantastic experience at this hostel in Taipei. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The facilities were impressive, with clean and spacious rooms that provided a comfortable stay. The bathroom was well-maintained and offered all the necessary amenities. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which could be a bit unreliable at times. Overall, this hostel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei.

The kitchen was clean. I like that they had a spacious common area. The common restrooms are also clean and I appreciate that they have the toilets with bidet. The showers could be a little more cleaner but for the price, it was comfortable enough for me. The room i stayed at wasn’t that spacious for you to open your luggage. Although it was nice that they had a locker assigned per person, the room smelt a little like shoes/or feet. I wasn’t just sure if that was temporary or it was a common thing for a mixed room. It was a minor thing for me and it’s bearable and the scent gets less when you close the curtains. The curtains were also thick enough for privacy. i really like that the place is literally just beside the mrt. Although it’s a little farther from Taipei Main Station. There’s a lot of places to eat around the area and a night market about 10mins away. They also have coupons for free breakfast which made my stay better that i did not have to worry about food in the morning. Would definitely be in the list of accommodations to come back to! Worth the price!
Excellent location & spotless clean ”
One of the best hostels I have stayed in Asia so far. The hostel is right above the Dingxi MRT station ( orange line ) The capsule pod was so spacious and huge locker to store our valuables. The common bathroom & shower was well maintained. Kudos to the maintenance staff for that. And the common lobby is so spacious with a kitchen. Next time when im in Taipei, Im definitely staying here
