Modern and clean hotel ”

The hotel is clean, with modern and quality furnishing. We were very very pleased with our stay! Thumbs up to the hotel staff who were all friendly and approachable. However, you would have to walk quite a bit to the nearest metro station (Sanchong elementary school)

Overall a nice hotel”

Hotel is 8 minutes partial covered walk from subway station. Not great if you have big luggage or it's hot/raining. Other than that, the hotel itself is great! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, new and well equipped room. Nice breakfast. Able to leave my luggage there for a few days.

poor housekeeping and poor sound proofing”

Hotel is basically Good!! I stayed for 4 night, after the second night when they made up the room, they only cleaned the toilet, the house keeping didnt even fix the bed. It looks exactly as how i left it, crumpled blanket and pillows on the foot area of the bed. On the 3rd night, the housekeeping fixed my bed but until the 4th night they never change the bed cover even there were signs of stain/dirt already. On my entire stay, they never wipe the table and never sweep the floor since i can still see the dirt/trash i left the day before. Lazy Housekeeping Staff!! Can not sleep well because doors were banging early in the morning. You can hear the squeaking sound of doors opening and banging from adjascent rooms. Breakfast was YUMMY....nice selections(but open 7am, so if you are na early riser, you have to wait for 7am)!! Front Desk people are very healpful. Location is New Taipei, but still accessible to MRT and Taxi. Transpo in Taipei is cheap.

The location is further away (sanchong) so travelling to ximending & taipei 101 is bout 15-25mins via metro. Required bout 10mins walk from the metro to the boutique hotel. Their breakfast is alright, not necessary to opt for it. All staff are friendly and helpful.

5 mins walk to MRT where u can join all other lines. Walking distant to Airpot bus terminal or NT70 ”

Breakfast time to be extended to 10am instead of 9.30am. The free use of washing machine not working well. Good idea to install at least 2 washing machine. Be careful if u only speak English as misunderstanding and choice words cause havoc.

near train station but far from downtown”

stay here is you're just up to some rest. if you plan to see Taipei and surrounding city, location of hotel is not convenient. will take you more than 30 minutes to reach central station. 2 train changes.

Nice hotel with good value for money”

I was hesitant to stay in this boutique hotel due to location, but its proximity to MRT make it easier to travel around Taipei. Room was a little small, bathroom was ok. Breakfast was good, i love the coffee latte, enjoyed 2-3 cups every morning. Staffs are all nice.

Great little boutique hotel”

Love their shabu shabu, fresh and delicious. Breakfast was good. Clean and totally worth the money spent per night. It’s not very near the metro by walk if you are pulling a lot of luggages but it’s fine if you are just walking. A lot of traffic light and cars to look out for on your way though. Love the place and would come back again. They have kuo Kuang bus transport nearby that takes us to the airport direct.

location ...it is very depending, a lot of food store near by, walking distance 5 min, staff very friendly and good service, even it is small hotel but it can be said better then some of the 5 star..value for money

A+ for value of Money”

My mom and I had a great time in this hotel. Our room is exceptional and we love the bed and comforter. We always get free coffees and teas everyday. Staffs are great they can speak English which helped us a lot they even provided us Map upon check in so we won't get lost. We will definitely pick this Hotel again when we get back to Taiwan.

The best friendly and best services hotel”

I travel more then 15 country and stay more then 100 hotels.This is the best hotel ever in terms of services. All the staff is so friendly. When I reached hotel, they ask me how I come, I told them by cab. They teached me how to take the bus to safe money. Also they provided the map to the local night market. When I take breakfast , I ask the lady what time they start to serve breakfast. Due to I am taking 7:30am flight back to Singapore. She offer to made me take away breakfast the next morning. When I check out the guy offer me another bottle of water!!! Amazing service. I feel so touch. After come back I found out I forget to bring my ear phone, I ask my friend to call and ask them to keep for me due to I will be traveling again to Taiwan next week . But the offer to send to my friend house. I stayed in a lot of 5 star hotel , even 5 star hotel I don't received such services. This is the best hotel I ever stayed. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My family and I loved this hotel! Karina and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. As a bonus the shabu-shabu we had at the restaurant was the best we've ever had. If we get the chance to go back to Taipei this is probably where we will be staying.

Vrhunsko”

The hotel's in a quiet district (Sanchong) and was a 10 minute walk away from the train station. The nearest night market is a 15 - 20 minute walk away (Sanhe night market), and has two convenience shops 5 - 10 minutes away. The hotel was great, bath tub was huge, and staff were friendly as well. FYI, late check out charges are NT200/ hour.

A hotel can put into selection list”

This hotel is around 400 meters away from MRT station and just beside the national highway so it is easy for business traveler going anywhere in Taipei. Hotel room is clean and the staffs are nice, however, the breakfast is quite normal. Generally, standard of this hotel can be considered as above average and put into the selection list.

Great customer service ”

It was a recommendation by a friend thAt this is a newly hotel near by her place. Although, the MRT is 5-7 min walk, the sound proof between the room and window need huge improvement, the hotel staffs were super friendly and knowing it was my birthday gave me a cute gift and card. Thank you guys 😊😘!

It was a good stay!”

Staff is nice and helpful, rooms are cozy although a bit small. MTR is located 7 min walking and there are several bus that will take you to the center. Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast can be improved, only a few choices.

looks like a brand new building or at least renovated recently. nice and clean suite with very friendly staffs. only the complaint was the location, 7min walk to the subway was not pleasant memory when it's 32c outside. but you have an option to take a bus!
