Excellent All-Around”

This place really seems to care about it's guests. From the moment I arrived, they were helpful in suggesting (but not pushing) packages for my stay. Frank was super helpful, and Clara (the beautiful one) was very sweet as well. They helped me get everything I needed, reduced my price for a night I missed and even came to bring me a new battery when my scooter died halfway across the island. Great people, great staff, beautiful views! I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Short walk from the ferry (but they pick you up anyway). Friendly and helpful staff give you an introduction to the island. Scooter rental right at the hotel. Buffet breakfast. Nice courtyard with a view of water. Great stay.

The dormitory was clean with electronic door lock. The bed had curtain to provide each guest a bit privacy when sleeping. The staff were friendly and would provide different charged programmes as well as services, such as motorcycles rental and selling hot spring ticket, for each guest with fair price. You can choose what you like in the list. In the public shower rooms, they provided towels, teethbursh, shampoo.. etc. They provided breakfast with buffet styles offering different Chinese dishes and toast and instant coffee. Generally speaking, this guesthouse is highly recommended.

comfortable dorm room”

Very close to ferry terminal. Hostel were waiting at terminal to bring me by car and let me check on arrival at about 10.30. On provision of license they allowed us to rent good quality scooter for 26 hours for TWD400. Dorm room was comfortable. Large breakfast - only downside was that it was freezing cold as had been sitting out for a couple of hours. Staff really friendly and sat down to talk us through the island map. Hostel also drove us back to ferry terminal. I would stay here again.

Convenient hotel for one night”

The room was clean but the bathroom was very old. The staff was nice. You can rent scooters, bikes and buy tickets for the hot springs at hotel. The breakfast has Chinese dishes and toasts.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help us out with any questions we had. The location was nice because we were a little bit outside of town but also very close to getting to anything we wanted to do.

location is close to the pier, staffs are friendly and helpful, bathroom is located separately in another house so it could be a trouble when it rains good variety in breakfast but limited choices in drinks

My stay here was absolutely perfect. I had not ridden a motorbike in the past and the staff took the time to teach me and gave me great tips for the island. The facilities are clean and I met some cool people staying in a 4 people dorm. To top it off, I left something after I left, and they graciously mailed it to me free of charge. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in Green Island!

Nice and friendly staff, location close to the harbour, bike and scooter rentail available, snorkling offers etc like in most accommodations on the island. Dorm prices are some of the cheapest on Green Island, still very clean and nothing.to complain about.

Enjoyed!”

Access to a kitchen sink, dishes, cups, and the use of a refrigerator were definite perks for us! When we checked out, they were very nice to store our luggage for the day and let us use their public showers to cleanup after one last swim. Breakfast is simple, Taiwan style, but a nice perk and money saver. They allowed free use of their washing machines too, but we didn't need it.

Sanasai Inn - Green Island ”

It was close to the ferry terminal, but a 15 minute walk to town to the restaurants and Family Market. 7/11 was another 5 - 10 minute walk. But, I would stay here again. The Staff was helpful. There are electric and gas motorbikes for hire. I had the 4-dorm female share that was like your on private room. There is a locking storage compartment at the foot of the bed, and a shade to pull down for privacy. The first days breakfast was in town, but I had a motorbike, and the next two were served buffet style ay the Inn. The bathrooms and showers are just outside. They provided as many small towels as you needed, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, razors and soap.

Lizards in the room, tap water is a bit salty”

Throughout the night I could hear lizards making noises..the picture in agoda is nothing like the actual room. It is far from sea view from the room. Stains on bed sheet. Tap water is salty, need to rinse my mouth with drinking water after brushing teeth. Breakfast is not nice.

Fantastic service, attentive and good location”

excellent stay at the inn. Beautiful set up. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to rent the electric bike for the entire day until we checked out the next day. Very approachable helper who organised everything for us from picking us up at the harbor to organising electric bike to organising snokelling activities for us. The room was very comfortable and everything was working well. The breakfast was a wide spread for my standard (chinese). Highly recommended for its service and its location and staff performance. We (me and other travellers) all enjoyed our stay

Green Island best choice”

The staff at the hotel was really nice. They helped us a lot and they offered us scooters and other activities around the island (scuba diving is extremely recommended). The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the harbour where the ferry from Taitung arrives. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, they provide small towels, shower gel and champu, tooth paste and brush. Good breakfast too. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Pleasant Stay”

Owner is very friendly to the extend on asking whether the breakfast was enough for us etc.. Room is kind of old and bed is very soft. Cleanliness not as what was expected. Floor little dusty and oily which I don't know why. We rented a car from owner at ntd1500 and staff told us we can top up the petrol for ~ntd250 to go round the island within the 24hrs rental. Find out the petrol was too much. Maybe ntd150 will be just right. Anyway, pleasant stay.

Well-priced, conveniently located hostel”

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location couldn't have been better. A perfect view and super close to the shops where you could rent scooters and snorkeling equipment and just a quick walk from the harbor. The staff picked us up and dropped us off anyway though which was great because it was so hot! The staff members we interacted with spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The room was comfortable too! I would definitely stay here again.
